Shout out to the young lady who delivered our order tonight. She left a bag of paper plates and napkins with our order and totally saved my sanity! Spoke to the manager to tell her about the great service and she was very nice.
The order was delivered on time, everything was correct, and hot! I think this location has turned their service around since the negative reviews were posted years ago. Highly recommend!
waiting for an hr inside just to get told to f off by your only employee who was in there tonight. I will never be coming back here. He was also very rude to his drivers. I feel bad for them.
Horrible customer service at this location on 85th. Starting with the management team refuse to take ownership of the problems and blame employees just sad. I would recommend papa johns to anyone just not this location.
