The person answering the phone was very rude. We preordered for our pizzas to be delivered by 6pm earlier that day but ended up picking it up ourselves at 7pm due to the lack of communication on the status of our pizzas. I called for an update and the person was very unapologetic and quite rude. Management need to check their employees and provide customer service training. We also didn’t even bother asking for a refund on the delivery fee that was charged due to the employee being so rude.

Papa John's is typically a safe choice, this location got the pizza wrong, was almost an hour late after the longer of the two lead times, and arrived not only burnt from cooking, but cold. What a combo. Don't eat here, get a frozen pizza.

I ordered a Shaq-a-Roni and Bacon Cheese Sticks. The Shaq-a-Roni had no pepperoni and the Bacon Cheese Sticks had no bacon. At least the chicken wings had chicken. So that's something I guess

I swear the pizza here is the best out of any pizza chain in the area the crust is crunchy the toppings are tasty the cheese is melty and plentiful!! Oh my .. and i was watching the pizza maker toss the dough effortlessly like a master at work it was beautiful! I wish i got his name. And the staff were incredibly friendly even with the tough shifts and environment and work load. It was bleeping awesome. The pizza was 🔥 and the vibes were ☃️😎

We didn't get the correct order. We ordered two pizzas and only received one pizza. The manager was short on the phone even though they messed up the order. He blamed grub hub. We never did get our pizzas or refund.
absolute trash customer service at this store. Terry is rude and the store manager Becky doesn't want to hold any of her staff accountable!! I asked for her distract managers info and she said I didnt need that Why though Becky? Because you and ur staff are wrong for how YOU TREAT PEOPLE!! I would appreciate someone reaching back out but I know they wont. Ridiculous

I dont mind waiting for my pizzas when its busy and the store is backed up. It happens no big deal. BUT i mind when im told my pizzas are almost done and then when it was done, nobody told me, nobody checked on me. I was sitting in the store for almost 15 mins while my food was done and just sitting there. Manager was at the register and didnt ask once for my order. He just stepped outside to for a vape. The employee he was bickering with was the one to finally ask me about my order and even made a comment that my pizzas were just sitting there. Im a chill customer and dont mind waiting, but i mind terrible customer service.
