I don’t appreciate the unprofessionalism of the woman we spoke to today. Me and wife ordered some food, and there was an error that caused no delivery. We called the store and tried to correct the issue, and the woman on the phone insisted to argue. My wife asked to reorder over the phone to resolve the issue, but the lady decided to argue her point of accountability of the error. She continued to antagonize my wife while being petty until my wife snapped. Then the lady at the store hung up the phone.
SN: We asked for the manager, she said she would grab the manager. But she then continued to say she was the manager.

I love this place. I never need to order from 3rd party platform such as doorsash, ubereats because their delivery beats them all. Pizza always arrives super fast and hot! Ppl at the store are super nice and efficient when it comes to pick up order as well.

On August 26, 2024, around 8:12 PM, I entered this establishment to pick up a carry-out pizza order. I observed that none of the workers were wearing gloves or hair nets. One worker had a cut on his hand that appeared to be still healing. The person in charge of making the pizza took out a handkerchief from his back pocket, blew his nose, put the handkerchief back in his pocket, and then proceeded to the area where the pizza toppings were located. Without washing his hands, he began wiping the area with his bare hands and started digging into the toppings containers, although he didn’t actually take any toppings. This completely ruined my appetite for Papa John’s. Although I had already paid for my carry-out order, after witnessing this, I couldn’t bring myself to eat the pizza or serve it to my family or friends. I returned to the establishment and politely requested a refund.

We ordered two large pizzas - one thin crust with *light* BBQ sauce. The pizza came literally dripping with sauce and soggy crust; it was barely edible. Their pizzas are definitely overpriced for the low quality and staff's lack of attention to order details.

Horrible service the red haired dude (trey) that claimed to be the manager is always drunk and high and rude. The entire staff and store reeks of weed and liquor…who ever is running this store needs to be replaced.Disgusting.
Quite possibly the worst pizza we've ever had from Papa John's. Was delivered to our hotel....the equivalent of day old french fries. Cold, dry, zero flavor or taste. Called and was offered a credit for this store only. We're from out of town,so that's not practical. Asked for a credit and told 'sorry we can't do that.' Never experienced worse or worse service from PJ'S. Not to belabor the point, but a large cheese and a small GF were somehow $43 too!!

Shout out to the young lady who delivered our order tonight. She left a bag of paper plates and napkins with our order and totally saved my sanity! Spoke to the manager to tell her about the great service and she was very nice.
The order was delivered on time, everything was correct, and hot! I think this location has turned their service around since the negative reviews were posted years ago. Highly recommend!

I was doing DoorDash and had to pick and order up from here. While I waited I was observing the employee make the pizza and man as time went on the worse it got.1. He was adding pizza toppings without gloves2. Once he finished he was scratching his arms and touching his ear buds3. Then proceeded to grab a tray cart from the floor and stack something on top of it4. Afterwards grabbed the broom and started sweeping.5. Immediately after sweeping he then starting tidying up the counter they make pizzas on, putting utensils and such back with the same hands he was cleaning and scratching with.Also I kind of feel bad for judging but it was just unsightly and kind of threw me off guard when I was greeted. The woman (I’m assuming these days) who greeted me had more facial hair and arm hair then myself. Also her nose hairs were coming out, she looked very unkept. Again it’s something I’m not used to, but in a customer service position and being the 1st person people see in the establishment………I left before I could see anymore and thank God because all I know is I would never order from this location.
Parking: Plenty of parking spots located right in front of the business.
The food/ pizza is the best in the Twins cities
