Worst service! They didn’t want to seat us, a party of 4, because they wanted a bigger party at a table for 6! Mind you there were no one else waiting.
I would give 0 if I could…. We went in there Monday evening looking to try their Pho for the first time…. But got turned away!

Their Bbh and pho is good, meat was loaded! fast service and friendly. Broth is clean and refreshing, definitely recommend to anyone who on the tight schedule that want some good pho and fast service.

The best pho! It's a small restaurant very mom and pops passed down from generation to generation type of feel but those kind of places have the best food. I use to go to Gion in New Hope but since discoverering Pho 99 5yrs ago, its the only Pho restaurant I prefer to go to now.

Stuck us at a table right next to their check out spot, had to eat in close proximity to peoples butts and they were trying not to bump into me. The walls looked like they have never been cleaned. Hot tea served in a tall cold drink glass? Was not appealing. The Vietnamese coffee tasted like it was in the fridge too long. Server was clearly over people and seemed annoyed to have to take our order and never checked if we needed anything food or drink wise after. Won’t be back.

Despite the limited seating and a 35-minute wait, our experience was fantastic. We managed to run errands during the wait time and once seated, the service was flawless and the food arrived promptly. Every dish was exceptional. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
The food here is amazing, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. I really wanted to give this place five stars, but the service was surprisingly slow, especially considering it wasn’t even busy when we went.
Our first waiter took our order promptly, and the wontons came out quickly, but after that, we waited about 30 minutes before our main dishes arrived. My dish came out first, but my partner’s pho was still missing. We also noticed a few tables who were seated after us getting their food before we did, which was disappointing.
When I mentioned it to another waiter, he was very kind and attentive, he handled the situation well and even offered us free Thai tea on the house, which we really appreciated. They eventually brought out the pho, but it seemed like they had forgotten about it, even though others who ordered the same dish got theirs much sooner.
It’s such a shame because the food really is excellent. Hopefully this was just an off day, because I’d love to come back when the service is running more smoothly — this place definitely has the potential to be one of my favorites.
