staff were rude and tried to blame me for taking sauces saying they costed money even though they had the sign covered up out of view saying they costed anything

Staff was nice- place was friendly and welcoming. The place looked clean from what I could see. I'd order from them again. It looks like an older pizza hut but there's nothing wrong with that.

I received wonderful food and was helped by incredible staff members this evening at Pizza Hut on Broadway Ave in Brooklyn Park. I am impressed with the way things are being run there. The take-out I ordered was all done perfectly. The pan pizza was excellent, as were the wings, the cheese bread with marinara, and the triple chocolate brownie. I will definitely be ordering from there again. I had a terrible experience at the Brooklyn Center Pizza Hut on New Year's Day and had taken a break. But this evening, this location in Brooklyn Park is making some great-tasting food and backing it up with professional, quick, and kind service.

We ordered online right at dinnertime. Pizzas were ready in 15 mins! The food was amazing, and the staff was so friendly. We may have to make this our weekly thing!

It's a shame this place has such poor reviews. We do carryout every time- the staff are extremely friendly, the food is always hot and fresh, and things are generally ready when they are expected to be. I think people should give them a break as it seems like they are short-staffed most of the time and still in the two years I've been going there I have not been disappointed once.

I ordered from this Pizza Hut last night, and I don't understand why it has such bad ratings. The order process was simple, our food came on time, and we received everything we ordered. It could have been a little warmer but it was pretty cold outside when the guy delivered it so I don't think that was Pizza Huts fault.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Decided to order Pizza Hut(which I never do). Paid over 65.00 and I order 3 pepperoni pizzas, and a double order of breadsticks. I received 2 pizzas. One pepperoni and on sausage. I received one order of bread sticks and an order of cinnamon bobs. I will not stop calling and emailing customer service until I get a full refund. I will NEVER order from this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've only been to this location a few times, but when Damien is working those are my favorite times to come to the store !!he's the hardest worker I've seen at Pizza Hut !!!that guy works and gets a job done, so if the line is long people-be patient!!they'll make it worth it!!!!

Ordered two pizzas online with a claimed 25-35 minute wait period at 4:30pm. Approx 6:30pm I still had no food. Called the store, was told my order was canceled without notice. Was told to send a new one. I did. Waited another 30mins, decided to go get my pizza's myself. I show up, and start being yelled and cursed at by the one employee there. A verbally vicious assult by someone who's clearly stressed and unstable. I remined silent as to not aggitate the employee. Was told my food would take 15 mins to cook. In that time the employee went outside to smoke, returned without washing his hands and continued to yell and curse at someone on the phone for a number of minutes. Of which I have a few brief moments of video from. I eventually got my food and was told I couldn't get my delivery fee and driver tip refunded. I came and got my food so I should have been able to recover those fees.. I wasn't about to argue with the worker there and left. On one hand, I completely understand the guys anger and frustration. The store makes him work alone, probably pays starving wages, gives long hours, and has nothing to show for his work. But to so easily let that frustration boil over like that towards customers is kind of scary, and extremely unprofessional. And though I can sympathise with the employee, I believe he should absolutely not be working in customer service or around other people in general.

The pizza tasted gross. Almost like the dough was a few days old. The two pizzas were also not sliced completely. They had indentations but the cuts weren’t all the way through. I had to cut it myself. Lazy dirty staff members.

Waited 2 hours for an order I made through website and got no response on what happened to the order. Gave them a call and the guy who picked up the call wasn't very patient with me asking about why were the pizzas not coming. Didn't get an email or text update from neither, Pizza Hut and DoorDash (that's what they use now).

I got a personal pan supreme, it was not warm. This was on a takeout, The cheese wasn't even melted. My wife had ordered a melt and it was like a stale quesadilla. Not very good at all. We ordered a bookit for our grandsons book club at school. Specifically for Pizza Hut. This location can't take them, for some reason. I worked at Brooklyn Center for 4 years some time ago. Never saw such a disregard for the customer satisfaction.

Took forever to make our order we order it 4 hours ago they said it’ll be ready at 9 got there to pick it up and it wasn’t even made yet had to wait a long time to get my order. Never order from here or go here.
