I love Popeyes but for some reason I goes there which is not on a regular basis but when I do I try to ask for fresh made chicken and then they say yes it is and when you get your food it doesn’t taste good or fresh like it’s been sitting over an hour anything over an hour or more shouldn’t be served to

I just went to the drive thru and ordered a spicy blackened chicken sandwich combo with mashed potatoes and sweet and spicy wings. My order is wrong I didn't notice till I got to work. I called them 3 times starting at 9:20pm the phone just rang. I can't go back and return it and they won't answer the phone so I can say something about it.
