Don't go to this location, they frequently short you chicken. It may have something to do with how close the two drive thru ordering stations are the wires get crossed. Go to Maple Grove location, never had any problems there.

Terrible experience. A manager forgot to give me my card back and Im forced to drive 45 minutes both ways to get it back or wait 2 days via mail. Never eating here again.

The quality of the food has gone down significantly over the last 12 months.
And the prices are too high for a take out eatery.

Vegetarian options: Fries and the coleslaw That's it!.

Dietary restrictions: Good for people who are low gluten. Not no gluten. Because the chicken strips are breaded. But otherwise you can avoid the bread and have the fries and coleslaw and chicken.

Got the 6 piece combo with extra Cane’s sauce of course! Double buttered the Toast. Their iced tea is one of my favorites. Fast service good chicken.

The boxes were so greasy. One of my order was missing and their solution to my missing was terrible and there also was a hair on my chicken tenders, so disgusting and disappointed on the solution for my missing order as well. Never visiting this location again.

Probably the worst canes to come to after 4pm on the weekdays and anytime during the weekends.
The fries are never completely cooked and the chicken is soggy. I’ve had multiple experiences with it like this.
The service is always great, but I’d rather have terrible service with great food. Rather than good service and terrible food.
If this were the first raising canes that I had been to, then I’d never eat this stuff again. Luckily it’s only this location that serves such terrible quality chicken

The food was just okay (although their sauce is very good). The service was slow and the atmosphere was not conducive to conversation.

I really appreciate how fast the drive-through service is and how the staff always make me smile with their great customer service. The dining area is always clean and well-organized. It's a fun place to have some quick, not-so-healthy fast food and not feel guilty about it later. #80/20 rule.

The chicken strips were great, but if you need sauce to make them taste awesome, then you need to go back to the drawing board. Don't get me wrong. The sauce is great, but the chicken needs to be able to stand on its own, too. I will say that the cook on the chicken was perfect.
