We ordered 4 drinks, three of them being redbull infusions. 2 out of the 3 drinks were strawberry horizons and they were flat with no carbonation. We went back around and were told that the redbull cans were just taken from the back so that could be what caused the no carbonation and she told us that we could come around so they could make us a new one. When we got to the window she then told us that they cannot make new drinks since it uses redbull. I’ve been to many locations and the strawberry horizons from this location did not live up to others standards. It was just unfortunate having to spend $18 on two drinks for them to have no carbonation and no way they would help us.

Let's just be real. Let's just be honest. The coffee is the best. Iced or blended. It doesn't taste water down. My opinion is that if I go to a place for coffee, I would like to taste the coffee in the drink. I highly recommend it.

First of all, I ordered a Large White mocha and they even repeated it back so they knew I wanted a large. They rung up a medium and gave me a medium. I asked if they can give me a large and the lady in the back told the other workers to just “add more milk” as of its the same. It is NOT the same. My girlfriend has been a barista before and told me it is not the same. Second, I offered to pay for the large and the lady that said to “just add more milk” was being extremely rude and nasty. She was upset because of what? We told her to remake it AND offered to PAY for the right size? I don't know what her issue was so early in the morning but y'all need to tell that worker that THAT is not how you remake a drink. And treating customers who were willing to comply with paying and just wanted the right order like that is extremely unprofessional and unnecessary.

Normally, I don’t have issues with this location, but on 4/14/2025 I was called to leave a review simply due to the quality of the smoothie I received. I ordered a Green Tea Matcha smoothie and was less than pleased with the taste and quality of it. For starters, there was clearly not enough matcha powder in the smoothie because it was not green like it normally is. I don’t know if that’s because they put more protein power in it (I asked for this), but it was clear that I was only seeing and tasting the protein powder because the smoothness more white than green. I find this annoying because I paid over $9.00 for a smoothie that never costs me more than $7.00 at the Maplewood location. I definitely don’t think I will be coming back to this location because the quality is too inconsistent for me and if I have to pay $9.00 all the time, it needs to be correct every time.

Quick and friendly service each time I've been. The cold brew with their protein vanilla cold foam and a shot of milk is DELICIOUS! I also enjoy the bacon ciabatta and everything bagel egg sandwich.

I’ve never had a good coffee experience here it always tastes bitter even when I pay for extra pumps of syrup it still doesn’t taste how it’s supposed to taste and when I asked the barista to fix it she gives me an attitude. Worst customer service!

I have never had a bad experience at Scooter's! The staff is always friendly and quick. I love how many sugar free options they have and their chocolate chip cookies are really good. The amount of non-coffee drinks is also great for my husband who isn't a huge coffee person.
