I love skooters !! everything is great staff and the drinks , just this time about 20 minutes ago we went to grab some drinks and my hot black coffee was completely cold, not sure if it’s because they’re about to close but might be good to keep an eye on it!!

At checkout, I was essentially told that I have to tip. Telling me I can only select a tip of 10%, 15%, or 20% and I couldn't select No Tip... When I'm told I have to tip, I'm a lot less likely to tip or come back.

Go there if you want to waste your money!! Charging almost $8 for watered down iced coffee with no hint if the flavor that I ordered CARAMELICIOUS!!!! my drink taste like just milk and espresso, McDonald's makes better iced coffee and when I asked to get a different drink to make it better they refused and refused my refund!!

I ordered two drinks, but when I got to the window, the employee told me I had only ordered one. I said okay and asked if I could add another. She repeated again that I had only ordered one, and when I asked for the second drink, she implied to her coworker that I never said two. (I ordered two) It wasn’t a huge issue, but I felt disrespected and the vibe I was hoping for just wasn’t there. That said, the drinks were good.

I usually have decent service at this location and typically come just for their redbull infusions. They now come blended so I figured I would try it. I got it and it was super super thick as far as the liquid. Come to find out it has gelatin in it. The problem with this is that it is not listed anywhere that they added gelatin. So for people that can't have it, they would never know until they buy it and come back to ask why its so thick. I came back and asked to have it re-made just to the regular one (non blended) and was told since they made it correctly I would have to just buy another. Which I did & as well handed the barista a full (Large) drink that I could not drink. Very disappointed in this. I know not everyone will like all the drinks on the menu.... but when you significantly change the drink It would be nice for those changed to be listed on the menu so people can make a decision on if they can or can't have it. They have not lost me as a customer, but I won't be going as much as I did before. Which is sad. All in all unless you can have gelatin and or like a thicker drink I would not recommend the blended red bull infusions
I am a loyal scooters fan, but this experience was one of the worst!!!!! I ordered specially a spicy sausage burrito! I got bacon! And get this!! The eggs were burnt and hard and the bacon was hard as well!! It didn’t even taste like baconnn!! And they didn’t even add the salsa!! I’m so hangry and upset!! I waited for this?!?!? And I got a Cinnamon bun, it’s disgusting!! It’s wayyyy too thick!! I’m so disappointed with scooters right now, so so so so so disappointed with them!! These teenagers only want their check, they don’t care about the quality anymore!! And make sure to wrap the burritos correctly. What am I paying for?

Scooters coffee is really good if you like strong coffee. I got a caramellicious Cold Brew and I thought it taste better then Starbucks. I like how they don’t put alot of ice like all the other coffee shops do. I also got a cinnamon roll and that was fresh and good. I just don’t like the fact they don’t have an inside only drive thru. That’s hard for people who don’t drive, like me. Wish they would make it for people who don’t drive to order.

Just stopped by, ordered two extra large Red Bull infusions and two nutter butter cake pops. I told at the window before taking my payment that I wanted to use my points, the barista proceeded to scan and take the payment. I asked her if it was possible to get a refund and re-ring the order just use the points and I explained her that I wasn’t going to be able to use them another time. She told me it was not possible. I’ve never encountered a more rude barista in my life. Suggestions for you, don’t come here. The drinks weren’t even done properly and the cake pops were still frozen and hard to bite. This is not my first time having scooters, but it will definitely be the last at that location. She was so rude.
