I love skooters !! everything is great staff and the drinks , just this time about 20 minutes ago we went to grab some drinks and my hot black coffee was completely cold, not sure if it’s because they’re about to close but might be good to keep an eye on it!!
Staff was warm and welcoming. Love the options and quality of my order was perfect! Got a caramelicious muffin that was amazing and my vanilla cold brew was perfection. I will scoot on back soon 🥰
I ordered two drinks, but when I got to the window, the employee told me I had only ordered one. I said okay and asked if I could add another. She repeated again that I had only ordered one, and when I asked for the second drink, she implied to her coworker that I never said two. (I ordered two) It wasn’t a huge issue, but I felt disrespected and the vibe I was hoping for just wasn’t there.
