This place was dirty and the drinks were not great. The longer we were there the more I noticed how dirty the place was. I am praying we dont get sick from the lack of cleanliness. Do not pick this place.it is NOT 4 stars at all!

I used to go here often and loved it. However, I went yesterday and even dragged a friend with me to just to be disappointed.

For some reason, even though it was way past open, the store was still dark when we walked in. We ordered a matcha with milk and a classic milk tea.

While drinking, my friend found some strange particles in her drink that didn’t resemble boba or matcha. She spoke to the lady who remade the drink, but we still saw some strange bits at the bottom.

This led me to check mine and found black and clear particles at the bottom of mine too!
I spoke to the lady for a second time and I asked for a refund because it was clear that any drinks she made were not going to be made correctly but she refused and offered to make me another drink.

I told her I wasn’t interested due to the last three drinks she made but she ignored me and made another drink while purposefully leaving out the part I had already drank. Essentially making me a half full drink.

She was also on the phone for a large part of the time we were there and the tables were dirty.
Anyway, we threw our unwanted drinks out due to health concerns and unidentifiable things in our drinks.
So please, DON’T ORDER HERE. The few sips I had were mediocre at best and the customer service is horrible, there are better options in a similar process range.

Digusting. There was a Bug floating in my drink and it is watered down. The bathroom has a weird smell and the floors are sticky. The workers dont wash their hands and theres cups in the back that have murky water! Gross!

My green tea was watered down and super expensive. $11 for boba that’s crazy.

I ordered a Mango Mojito and it’s supposed to have lime and there was no lime! I took 3 sips of the drink and it was finished because the rest was literally all ice! 90% of my drink was all ice!!!! On top of that I left a tip thinking there was only 1 worker but I was the only customer she had and she still messed up my drink!

This boba shop is amazing! The staff is super friendly, and the vibe is so chill and welcoming. You’ve got to try the Mango Passion Fruit drink, it’s delicious and the boba is always fresh and chewy. Definitely my new go to spot!

They didn’t have some of the toppings and boba was undercooked. They didn’t work with me in getting a less sweet tea. Their topping sizes are meager just a few boba at the bottom. The restroom was filthy and had no toilet paper. When I asked for a napkin, they couldn’t even provide that. The girl serving was sweet but seemed to be working alone so the wait was long. So disappointing… I love the Sharetea where I live but don’t go to this one! Value and choices are not provided here

I am not one to typically leave reviews, and I love other ShareTea locations, but I could not leave this alone. They were out of basic staples and typical ShareTea drinks (green tea, mini boba, etc.) without flexibility. Their bathroom was filthy, had no toilet paper, and when asked they said "we are out of toilet paper." No napkins either. Yikes. On top of that, the servings of toppings were meager. When there are so many other places to get boba tea, wouldn't go here again.

Matcha was incredible! I will definitely be back to try more. Keep the nondairy milk in stock and I will change to all 5 stars all the way!!! Super authentic options- lots to choose from. perfect amount of sweetness if you get regular. Not too sweet. Large teas! Can't wait to go back and try the happy family tea.
Wanted to update. Called 2 days later and still no dairy free milk options. Wanted to go back. Please stock up so I can!
