Came here for my daughter and wife. Young lady at the counter seemed nice to my wife. As I walked in seen an older lady handling old pastries and consolidating in to one tray as she’s on and off the phone. Didn't think much. Spent 80$ on the realistic fruit pastries plus a drink. Pastries were inconsistently not at the same temp and texture, and the raspberry one tasted like it had been sitting out. Tasted mushy. After we heard about the incident on Facebook about a new hire (young lady)being subjected to poor and improper treatment on their first day. This place is a turn off.

How can you expect ... a bakery item to fit this small box? The worker literally had to shove this in to make it work. If you know your box is too small, please use a bigger one.
Decided to hit up this spot since it’s close by me. Horrible service and dirty environment. Extremely overpriced items and most of the prices advertised does not match actual price of item. Wouldn’t come back. Spent $40 for 3 drinks…

The drink wasn’t as good as I thought it would be and I seen some workers not being the most sanitary when making some drinks.
Walked in and there was a mess on the table with no one sitting there. Only had one worker and was on the phone while taking our order. We asked for less sugar and on the screen it was still 100% after we clarified for 30% on one of the drinks. Thai Tea was not mixed all the way. My first sip of the Thai Tea had a chunk of undissolved powder and indeed was still 100% sugar. We also clarified that we asked for the blended ice and on the screen it still said a milk tea. Maybe a new worker or technical difficulties but not coming to this place again.

What happened to this place? Walked in, and it smells disgusting. Horrible service. The place is run by a bunch of teenagers with no knowledge of what they’re doing. My smoothie was not blended very well, I was still chewing some ice particles. The boba pearls tasted old. The lemon mousse cake bland. Don’t waste your time here.

I ordered the Oreo smoothing with pearls and the creama topping and when I tried the creams I realized after eating it that my finger smelt off, and I smelt the boba itself and it smelt sour, it was expired.

Was excited to try this place but not worth the hype. Spent $30 on one taro milk tea, 2 mangos one at full price and the other half price and one raspberry. I initially asked her (Abby) if they have more mangoes in the back as the one up front was cracked. She went to the back and brought me a non cracked mango. Then she offered me the cracked mango for half price $4+, so I said why not. For the drink, I requested little ice which was instead 2/3 full of ice. Wasn’t as sweet as expected considering it tasted a bit powdery at 100% sweetness. I’ve had better taro milk tea at other places. I also asked her what time of the day is best to come in when items are stocked and she couldn’t give me an answer. All I could understand from her was “2 days out of the week.” Future customers good luck!

So much potential but missed across the board. Even something as simple as Thai Tea was a complete miss. Everything looked great (presentation) but I’m not quite sure how you make everything look beautiful but taste so bad. My kids literally spit out half the stuff we had them try. Keep in mind, they tried all desserts and some smoothies. Overwhelmingly disappointing.

The service was very bad, we waited a while for our drinks and the drinks aren’t even worth the wait. Not to mention the overpriced fruit shaped desserts, spending 60+ to just eat something that was really frozen and disgusting to eat. Although mango was the only one tasted okay. The boba pearls tasted like they were cooked a week ago, trying to mask how old it was. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Even the bathroom isn’t cleaned, it’s filthy. Don’t go to this place unless you’re getting something for free, even though the free stuff isn’t worth it as well.

Terrible service. I don’t think the baristas are even trained to professionally speak to the customers. I ordered a plain milk tea with boba and it tasted watered down with the boba tasting a week old. Not to mention the desserts which are overpriced that taste frozen and not living up to what they look like. DO NOT ORDER from this store many better options that have better customer service and drinks.

Not very professional and bad customer service. Lady doesn’t know how to communicate and is very rude. When I asked to come in for another day of training and I quote “ U're so slow,so I don't think it works for u”. Your a grown adult texting your coworkers unprofessionally. I tried applying here and she had a LITERAL KID TRAIN ME for not even an hour until I got sent home and got told I was to slow to understand anything when I asked where the trash can was. Remind you I am new to this job and this is not the way to ever treat a coworker or anyone, DO NOT GO HERE and give them your money because they won’t leave a good impression on you.

I had an order today of brown sugar milk tea. The pearls tasted like it was a week old mixed with fresh new ones and the service was so slow. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the smell of it was disgusting. There are more places better than share-tea. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Came in earlier today with some of my family to try out the new pastries. The young man taking our order was so sweet and answered all the questions we had. the mango mousse cake , and the strawberry croissant definitely on the pricier end but were sooo good we definitely will be back!
