The two young people working here tonight are very sweet. They left me a friendly message on my cup and gave me lots of caramel for my frappucino. 😊 Thank you! I already drank a good portion of it before really looking at the cup cuz it was so tasty. Whoops!

Depends on the staff but some people are really rude walked in asked for water young lady said you need to pay for something I had just came through the drive through so I did pay for something so I shook my cup to indicate I did because why are you even asking I’m a delivery driver never ever have I heard them say I need to pay for something for them to provide water even if I don’t pay and not on a order then she goes to verify with the other girls if I got something or not cause I guess she don’t recognize her own cups and drinks talking about some is that from us? It sounds like I’m being petty but one thing about me is I tip the hell out of people for good service and as a grown adult to feel like i gotta explain myself behind some water like get it verified with other staff and to be questioned and to be assumed I came in for something free without paying it just gives slight disrespect like prove yourself real quick for some water and I’m just not feeling that will never be back to this location the target one is across the street they are much better oh and when she handed me my cup I almost dropped it cause she did it with such disrespect still told the young lady to have a nice day! Only three stars because the other girls were not so bad kind of compensates for your behavior other wise it would be one

Whenever I go to this starbucks or anyone I know they always say the employees are amazing! They pronounce my name correct too which i appreciate soo much, and always make my drinks good. Shoutout to Gary and (another girl i can’t remember her name) for amazing costumer service and being so fast!

There’s was a lady that assisted us today with our dragon fruit refresher and pink drink. I don’t know what her name was but she noticed my shirt, earrings and bag. She was that it was based on my favorite anime one piece and left a special message on my cup acknowledging my outfit “my favorite character is luffy <3” she made my day with that message 10/10
I believe she is Mexican, but the older lady was rude and had an attitude when we were ordering. She done did me dirty too by filling my drink with ice from top to bottom. Not exaggerating.

One of the older, Hispanic Starbucks employee, I believe is one of the manager. She was very rude, somewhat throwing an attitude. She seems to be irritated at her customers which makes the atmosphere here intimidating! She handed the drinks with an attitude as well. Probably my worst experience from Starbucks so far.

Me and my friends come here for our morning coffee before class at NHCC several times a week since its close and the baristas are usually sweet except the fat older lady. She’s rolling her eyes, slamming the cash register, always annoyed. Idk if shes the manager or something for her to think she can treat customers that way but she makes our experience bad and ruins our day. When we see her we know we’re gonna get bad service. Better off making a trip to another starbucks like the one in Brooklyn Center, even if it takes longer.
