I believe she is Mexican, but the older lady was rude and had an attitude when we were ordering. She done did me dirty too by filling my drink with ice from top to bottom. Not exaggerating.

One of the older, Hispanic Starbucks employee, I believe is one of the manager. She was very rude, somewhat throwing an attitude. She seems to be irritated at her customers which makes the atmosphere here intimidating! She handed the drinks with an attitude as well. Probably my worst experience from Starbucks so far.

Me and my friends come here for our morning coffee before class at NHCC several times a week since its close and the baristas are usually sweet except the fat older lady. She’s rolling her eyes, slamming the cash register, always annoyed. Idk if shes the manager or something for her to think she can treat customers that way but she makes our experience bad and ruins our day. When we see her we know we’re gonna get bad service. Better off making a trip to another starbucks like the one in Brooklyn Center, even if it takes longer.

The (probably) old Mexican woman taking orders was very rude and racist. she didn't even look at me when taking my order. She didn't ask for my name like the customer behind me. she yelled at me just because i couldn't hear well and i asked her to say it again..really???

I had a not so great interaction and called to speak with the manager about it. She was very caring and apologetic and followed up several times with updates. The situation was resolved. Now every time I go in we talk like old friends when she’s there. Great customer service
