They took for ever to take my order since the girls working kept on gossiping none stop and there was literally on one else in line. The whole time I was there drinking my coffee they were so loud talking about their cheating exes and how they continue to go back to them. Super unprofessional. Very loud talking about personal things.

Just a heads up so you don’t waste your time too- This location doesn’t honor Starbuck’s deals/promotions from the app. I rarely go anymore due to the price but decided to make a trip after a long morning with the kids thanks to the deal on the app. Got there and they told me my $3 drink would be over $6.50 because they don’t use the app deals as they’re licensed by Hy-Vee.

4 of us each ordered coffee. Inside was empty but a few drive thru customers. 3 employees with very little to do. After 11 minutes of waiting for our order I asked at the counter & the gal pointed to the pickup area & said the order is there. I asked “Why didn’t you notify me?” She shrugged. I went to grab the coffees & only 2 of them were there. I asked “where are the other 2 coffees?” Again she shrugged. She consulted with our order taker, then made the other 2 coffees and we left. Never going back to this place

This location is OK. I will say every time i come, i am always paying a different price for the SAME drink?? I never understood that. It’s always a hit or miss.. if they ever have the drink you want in stock. I also ordered a pink drink and whoever took my order put it in completely wrong and they put whip cream on top?? whip cream on a refresher?? that was disgusting. I also paid almost $10 for the drink because of all the extra stuff that was added to it that i did not ask for. Very disappointed with the service. It’s also very inconvenient that you cant order ahead or scan points at this location.

I used to work at a Starbucks & when I say this Starbucks is probably the worst I mean it. 9/10 times the drinks don’t taste correctly made. Always unhappy w the outcome.

This location my least favorite Starbucks EVER! They have inconsistent pricing! Every time I’ve ever gone for a “Iced White Mocha, with sweet cream foam with Caramel drizzle” they have charged a different price for the same exact drink. I am aware that you pay for the sweet cream, and the Carmel. However the price at this location always seems to fluctuate!!! This location also charges you more money for Iced Drinks as well as many other things are priced more than a traditional Starbucks because they are franchised owned by Hyvee. If you can, I recommend avoiding this Starbucks! It will save you the headache of them being out of stock on your favorite items only to have boxes of inventory scattered throughout the store waiting to be unpacked! As well as watching employees stand around getting nothing done while it takes over 5 minutes to get a drink complete! Avoiding this location It will also save you money because this location charges more money than a traditional Starbucks. Like how do you charge more money for an Iced drink??? I get less product because of the ice, and you charge more money to the customer! This is why you cannot order ahead at this location because then they cannot charge more money than the traditional Starbucks!

This location is CONSTANTLY out of either oatmilk, blonde roast, blonde espresso or apple juice. Every time I go, I have to order something other than what I actually wanted. I’ve never been more frustrated with one location before. No joke, my last 5 visits in a row I had to order medicine balls because that’s all they had that I would drink. Only 25% of the rest of the time do I actually get what I want. You should never have to consistently have a backup drink in mind when ordering at Starbucks. The manager or something should be able to order and have things in stock, for real. Boo this location!!
