Sent my husband over while I quick ran in to Hyvee. He asked for a venti strawberry açaí refresher. They asked if he wanted water or lemonade. He said water which is standard and STILL got lemonade even though it’s not on the label! Super frustrating and disgusting! Huge waste of money. He didn’t use my app so I can’t report it directly to Starbucks. Idk why they asked for a customization. Might as well ask me if I want it with coconut milk instead too.

Asked for no ice, recived ice but was charged for no ice. Never got my receipt, Slow service it took 5 minutes to order 2 grande matchas, barely added a drop of cold foam. Terrible service overall i’m very disappointed

I’ll never understand how it can come across as a good impression and feel like I’m getting my moneys worth of a $7 coffee when they fill the entire thing with ice….it was so fully of ice that the lid wouldn’t even stay on.

Not the best customer service as if even if I’m the only one that walks in no one greets and I can easily read the vibe that nobody wants to help me and the workers just give eyes back and forth to one another.

Food was amazing, drinks were out of this world. Staff was spectacular, remy was especially very helpful and polite got my order done in less than 30 seconds! Definitely the best Starbucks in Minneapolis !!

Drive through is a long wait whether high volume or otherwise. I only ever order refreshers & they dont always taste the same. If they are out of a product they never post that. Its consistently inconsistent & mediocre service.

you won’t get what you pay for here. everytime you ask for extra here they never do it. i ask for extra crunch in the cup and they give you the thinnest sprinkle of it on the top. you pay extra for toppings but they don’t even give you what you pay for its like what’s the point? on numerous occasions i was given the wrong food item and didn’t find out until i was home. also certain staff seem a little judgy and mean but that’s besides the point. unfortunately bc this is the nearest starbucks location to me, is the reason why i keep coming back, but today is fortunately the last time. i’d rather make the drive to another starbucks then consistently have my order be wrong. steer clear of this place unless you wanna pay 8 dollars for drink and get less of what you paid for.
