I had a great experience at this location. Best times are early morning or late afternoons when they're not so cramped. What could be fixed is the stars problem and sometimes I can't scan my app when other locations can. Other than that, decent location. Friendly staff.
Removed the Starbucks from Hyvee which eliminated the ease of bringing in donuts to work. The drive thru is very convenient, fast, and friendly. Only knock on them is running out of Strawberry Acai with lemonade which they have not recently (knock on wood).
Exceptional service from Bunny the pink haired lady. She greeted me with enthusiasm and helped guide me through the coffee menu. I will definitely return for coffee here instead of going to Dunkin’.
