Nasty, nasty, nasty!!This must be the most unhygienic joint in the Twin Cities. One of the servers that claimed to be “the boss” was not wearing gloves and kept sneezing into open air by simply turning around. I asked the other server (who was wearing gloves( why she is not? He got mad and raised his voice and said “I am wearing, and she is the boss” I told him, it doesn’t matter who she is. Food hygiene is important”. An older lady behind me simply left. They got defensive and kept yelling “what up with you?!!”I said “I’m leaving.” They said “don’t come back anymore”. I told them I wouldn’t even if you paid me. I can eat at a much cleaner place.

Henry here at this location is a sandwhich artist he makes sandwhichs the way he would enjoy them, with love and with a friendly service. Every time i have came here he made it really good and a great experience every time.This spot is good to go. Can get busy at times so just be parient customer service is not an easy job. Appreciate u henry for the great sandwiches tonight.

very poor customer service. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me with my order and when she finally came from the back she had an attitude towards me. Very Very rude and I will not be returning to that location again.

I went in to get a sandwich and it was a tall man and clearly a new girl being trained in. It seemed he was a bit frustrated because she was going a bit slow but being accurate to what the customer was requesting on his sandwich. Two more ppl came in and the tall man said exact words ( I swear if one more mf'r comes through that door, it's only Wednesday.) The man behind me said he wanted chicken and the tall guy yelled at him saying which chicken, the guy said back what are my options? The tall guy yelled and pointed at the menu and said get out of line til you know what you want. Just rude and I will not be going to this location.
