Perplexed pigeon
Ordered for pick up an hour prior to pick up, when I arrived (after the scheduled pick up time) they had not made any of my food and proceed to take any walk in guest before fulfilling my order. 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time I received my food. The worker who i originally spoke to was obviously stressed yet the two other employees did not help with making sandwiches and instead we're in the back. None of the employees seemed to care that i (along with several others) was waiting for so long. I have never had such a disappointing subway encounter.

Was there yesterday around 7:15pm the BOY who was making 3 sandwiches when me and my mom arrived took him about 15 minutes to make the sandwiches i guess it was a carry out anyway he come from behind the counter sit the bag of food on a rack on his way back he pick up something of the floor gets back behind to counter talking about what kind of bread you want i ask him can you wash your hand he please don't tell me how to do my job HE WAS BIG MAD goes over to the sink to run his under the water no soap so told my mom i don't want a sandwiches he look at me say I'm not serving you get out in started talk real crazy to me NEVER RETURNING Crystal shopping center are the best subway fresh in clean

THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST SUBWAY ON THE PLANET THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE IT'S EMPTY AT LUNCH TIME AS A BLACK MAN I WAS EMBARRASSED BY THE SERVICE OF THE WOMAN MAKING THE SANDWICHES SHE WAS VERY VERY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND I MADE UP MY MIND TO NEVER GO IN THERE AGAIN THIS PLACE WILL BE GONE IN 6 MONTHS

Sunday 4-14-24. The associate was trying not to have an attitude but he was really bad at hiding it! I asked if he could put bacon on my daughters sandwich and he responds “well yeah now that you told me”.. sarcastic responses for everything and he wrapped a sandwich before we were even finished saying what we wanted on it. We were the only ones in there at the time so def wasn’t stressed for it being busy

the amount charged to my credit card was 2 dollars more than the amount I authorized on the keypad. will not be returning.
