People dont speak English well, trash was overflowing, and I had to ask for a lid as they didn't have any out. They came out and checked as if I dont know the difference between large and small. They seemed super suspicious of us because we asked. Also paid for a med and got a small but not willing to go for round 2 over this. Tables were dirty, and now I'm concerned for how clean was it where they prepared the food, (online order) won't come to this location again

Waiting for over 15 minutes while customers were ahead of me which was fine but it was half of my lunch break. The woman than gets on the phone, I tell her I’m on lunch break and in a hurry. Her response (while on the phone) was well I’m not making your sandwich I’m making an online order. So apparently serving the person that isn’t in the store is more important than the customer in the store. I never got any food as by this time I had less than

They are supposed to close at 9 pm when I arrived it was 8:18 pm and the man refused to service me, 8:45/8:50 I get it but a whole 40 min early? Lazy and trifling.

It must be a married couple running the store. They hide out and back and wait to make the online orders last. Super slim pickings like extra lettuce is going to cost extra money out of their pay.

I really enjoy Subway but I did not enjoy them staring me down like a criminal. I just wanted to enjoy my lunch.

I made an order online using the 699-ft long deal. The All pro teriyaki. Somehow the order glitched and it made it a 6-in sandwich. Instead. I even show them my app that it wouldn't let me select the coupon again because it let you do it once a day. And actually I could compensate the difference.

The lady at the register said it's not her problem not her fault. I said I'm your customer though. And the deal is $6.99. And my 6 in cost $6.83. cuz I use a deal on it redeems code..
They didn't help me.

I put in an online order. I waited until the order said it was ready. I went to the store. My order was not ready. I watched the employee make 2 orders before I asked if mine was finished. She said it hadn't been made yet. I'm a patient guy, but the point of online ordering is so I don't have to wait. I could be doing something productive. It's unfortunate I have to care this much about getting a sandwich.

All around very disappointed with my experience. I haven’t been to this location in years because i wasn’t very impressed last time i came here. Honestly i was a little surprised to see them still with doors open, so i assumed maybe new owners or new management but with what i saw today doesn’t seem like anything has changed or that anyone actually cares about this location. So i will not be coming here again.

Perplexed pigeon

Ordered for pick up an hour prior to pick up, when I arrived (after the scheduled pick up time) they had not made any of my food and proceed to take any walk in guest before fulfilling my order. 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time I received my food. The worker who i originally spoke to was obviously stressed yet the two other employees did not help with making sandwiches and instead we're in the back. None of the employees seemed to care that i (along with several others) was waiting for so long. I have never had such a disappointing subway encounter.
