During my visit, one of the employees refused to make my sandwich the way I requested. I asked for the vegetables to be added before the sauces, as I always prefer. The worker insisted that, according to a “new Subway policy,” sauces must be added first. When I questioned this, the employee was rude and refused to prepare my sandwich as I requested.
The worker then called a supervisor from another location, who also told me that this was a new company-wide policy. However, after checking online, I could not find any mention of such a rule on Subway’s official website or other sources.
I have always enjoyed Subway because I could customize my sandwich the way I like. This experience was very disappointing, and the employee’s attitude made it worse.
Could you please confirm whether Subway has a policy that requires sauce to be added before vegetables? I would also appreciate it if you could address this issue with the staff at this location to ensure customers are treated respectfully and allowed to customize their sandwiches as advertised.
It’s SUBWAY not a deli with fresh sliced deli meat and cheese on the spot, so give this place a shot? Tasted like most Subway shops, got my order correct & fast. Would go back again. One star off ONLY because I believe all Subway shops should use fresh cut meats/cheese like a deli.

The male employee was rude and he doesn't even know how to fold the bread. Tables and bathroom were dirty and there was no soap.

The worst subway around. They had only white bread and flatbed, that's it. They had no eggs and not even fountain drink machine! And the white bread was not even fresh. Will never return.
There’s been a few too many times where I would place an order online and then they would mess it up when I go pick up.
One time I placed an order online and after I had picked it up, got home, opened the subs and there were NO veggies in one sub, only meat and mayo, second sub had half the ingredients and mayo. Couple times I placed orders and the ingredients were all wrong including sauce! One time I placed an order and when I went to pick it up, someone had went in before me and stole my sub.
Even though I had some bad past experiences, I still decided to give them one last try today. Today will be the last time ever!
I ordered three foot long subs, two cold cut and one subway club. The meat were correct, but the ingredients were not. The club had missing ingredients! The two cold cuts were supposed to have different ingredients and different sauce, but whoever made the subs, decided to make both cold cut with same ingredients AND sauce!
This place needs better employees. Their employees NEED to learn to follow instructions AND learn to READ!!! I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt but they have messed up on my subs toooo many times! Never again will they get my service!

Whenever I do a pickup order I’m always having issues where there’s a lot of missing condiments! No tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, no lettuce it’s just meat and extra extra mayo and I can’t even eat that…disgusting and disappointing! My boyfriend has the same issues with his order! It’s just meat and extra mayo and one time just a lot of oil came from out of his sandwich—just disgusting! When we came to pick up our order no one even came out to greet us. So it makes me think anyone can just come in and grab a random order.

I came there a little late and they were gonna close but the old lady was flexible or I so thought so and still let me come in and order. While making the sandwich she was annoyed like she didn’t let us in and offer to serve us. Everything was okay, just the staff being lazy and whining like they’re doing tasks out of their minimum wage job. Terrible service.
