I had no issues with the food, it was very good. Only issue was at check out, the employee didn’t know exactly how to take my points off the total & I was charged full price.

ordered online and pickup in store. I don’t understand how people could get orders wrong. Either they can’t read or they’re not paying attention. Either way, their employees need training. Training to learn how to follow instructions.
I used to order from the subway off Noble but they’re always getting my orders wrong. Decided to order from this location and they’re also getting my orders wrong(not just one time but few times). I’m not getting the ingredients I request for and I’m getting ingredients that I DID NOT request for. I don’t understand this smh! I got the meat that is supposed to be 33%more and this is how it looks like. They probably got the meat wrong too. I’ve ordered the 33% more meat before and it’s way more than this! Wasn’t like they were busy either. Got there and there was only one customer there. Worker was on the phone. How disappointing!

When I entered the establishment. The lady was in the middle of a big order and shouted at me that she wouldn't be able to place my order. I will never come back to this location. Good luck to the owner.

Haven't been to a subway in a long while. Needed something fast for work. Work is 2 mins away. By the time I got to work the bread was hard and no it wasn't a toasted sub. Eat Fresh They say! When is that for next time? There won't be one!

NO BATHROOMS?!? How is it sanitary for anyone who is going to eat with their hands to have not have a bathroom to wash their hands?When I asked an employee for the nearest bathroom they said, McDonald’s, which is also where I chose to give my business.I’m no business major but telling customers to walk 100 yards use a competitor for their facilities seems like a great way to loose business you otherwise would have gotten.

Waited 10 minutes past my order because you guys are understaffed. That part is mostly the government's fault. But waiting patiently I didn't want my sandwich toasted the entire time because it always makes the ends too hard to eat so I asked for half the time that didn't work I asked for extra onions that didn't work and you can see there's not much meat either from the picture also asked for less peppers not zero. I get it you guys are busy and that's why I was fine waiting 10 extra minutes but to get half of what I want with extra wait time seems like a lose lose

I ordered 2 sandwiches and the overed our sandwiches with so much mayo that we couldn't even taste the rest of the meat or other veggies. I asked the lady if she could remake the sandwiches and she got very rude and gave me dirty looks and then just pretty much threw the sandwiches at me and the she said the total and I told her I wasn't paying for them til she remade them and the they both walked into the back room and wouldn't come out to talk to me. That's pretty bad customer service. I tried to call the store several times but no answer. I just want them to remake my sandwiches and give me my money back and have them give me a sorry.
