The woman working here was extremely grumpy and rude. She barely acknowledged me and acted like I was bothering her just by ordering. On top of that, she messed up my drink and didn’t seem to care at all. Really disappointing experience

I tried this for the first time and I took a few bites of it and as well as drank a few sips of the brown sugar boba tea and I did not like it. I asked for a refund and they said that they couldn't since I have taken a bite out of it but not yet eating it. I'm not trying to sound like a bad person but you know for $10 you think you would like it or be satisfied with it, which I wasn't. I've never made a comment like this before so I won't get bent out of shape when I get hate about it but I feel like I should have got a refund for how expensive a piece of bread and tea would be and not like it one bit like I still have a full drink and I do not like it and they will not refund me. The bread wasn't that bad. It was the stuff that was inside that is not appetizing. It's unfortunate that they refused or refund

Went there around 11am Saturday morning. I guess they stopped making Egg Tarts? No explanation as to why when asked the employees there. Hopefully they come back because that’s what I usually get. Got Red Bean Bun, Taro Bun and couple other things. Ate the Red bean bun later and dough inside was not fully cooked. A little shocking considering this place is usually pretty good.
I go there every chance I get, The boba is such a low price for its size! It’s well made and delicious. Their baked goods are just as good too!! I love sweetpercent!!!! OH and the service 10/10, the boba is done in approximately 2 minutes or less. The decor is so fun too!!

Do not come here the manager was yelling at his coworker just because she accidently messed up a drink then one day I went to go and I got 2 drinks TWO and it took 30 minutes because the manager chose to help everyone else but us very disrespectful to own workers and overall the boba tasted bad because of the bad environment

I had tried the bakery options at the Maplewood location and liked them a lot. I was excited to stop by the Brooklyn Park location to see what they have available. During my visit, there was no customer in the store. I noticed that there was only an older gentleman (staff) behind the counter. He was cutting some fruit and kept to himself. As I approached the counter to pay for my items, I noticed that this gentleman was annoyed that I interrupted his work. He took off one of his cooking gloves to ring my order. I bought over $25 worth of bakery items and was not offered a bag so I had to ask if I could get a bag. Again he seemed annoyed and threw the bag at me and walked away, so I had to bag the bakery items that I bought. It was an odd experience and I felt that this gentleman was very disrespectful in his actions towards me. Being an establishment, you have to realize that you rely on your customers to keep your business going. I have not been back to this location due to this unpleasant experience.

You know some people on this app are haters and they like to say very mean things about this place. Personally I think their food and drinks is very excellent and taste as if you’re sitting on the beach getting a nice little tan and enjoying your life. This place made me have hope for my future and it was so good I started to tear up. If you are reading this I need you to know that it’s going to be okay and one boba will make your day better.
