If I could give -0 I would 31.12 to come a block away home get here food is colder then my drink. Manager was rude nobody in line but me and my kids oh you can bring it back, why would I want to be further inconvenienced? You had no one in line y’all are laughing and playing around why would you give a customer cold food in the first place? Waste of money and I will not be going back called corporate wating on 3 days to receive a return call even tho I paid my money today😔 never ever again it says order pick up so they gave me somebody else’s food I went through the drive through

Was hoping for a quick pick up given the online ordering ahead. Not the case. Estimated time online was incorrect (waited 5x as long). Wasn’t worth it - have had quicker service ordering through at the drive thru at non defy locations. An employed also did not initiate any form of contact until 15 min later

Food and service was very good but we both ordered something different and it was too spicy for us. They have remodeled since we were last here and it looks very nice. Lorena took our order and was very pleasant and answered our questions about the food items accordingly. Will definitely be back as this store is a staple in our community!
