The employees preparing the food at this taco bell are higher than a giraffes a**. I'm convinced they could not even make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich if they were given the task.Their was two 5 layer beefy burritos in my order one with no beans. These clowns put only beans cheese and sour cream in one. The other one had only meat, and both were about an inch in diameter.The crunch wraps were paper thin and wrapped improperly and the nacho cheese cups were not even half full. I only wish I would have taken pictures of the food. Opening each item was the comparison of your 3 year old child coming up to you after pooping on their own the first time and saying "look what I made daddy!".I'm sure there is a few good workers in there but there is definitely a couple that need to be weeded out.
Doordashed from here around 6pm, now its 12:30am and I feel sick from eating here. Might be food poisoning ??

My experience at the two-story Taco Bell on Zane by Hy-Vee was yet the worst of my experiences in a fast food the experience was one of the worst I had had in a very long time and rarely experienced the type of treatment that I received the employees were incompetent had no idea which way to turn. They had no idea and no customer service whatsoever they were rude and they told us if you want to reorder you have to drive around and reorder well that didn't work out so we were told to go pull over to the side and they would bring us the food which they never the cashier was a young girl that was definitely not trained she had no idea what she was doing scared of the wrong order and expected us to reorder go back around line and repay I will never go to that Taco Bell again the worst customer service ever and we ended up not getting fed and them having our I seriously believe that if Taco Bell is serious about their reputation those girls will no longer be employed without additional training

If I could I would give zero star the service was terrible here the guy who's as in the drive through window was super rude when I asked for help with a doordash order refused to help us In anyway what's so ever I would like the corporate number I work at taco bell before no customer should ever feel attack or even receive help for no reason when asked over and over again for help??????????? then he person that did finally help was rude as well.
