The drinks tasted like they were really watered down. The person who grabbed our order has grabbed it both times and both times she has been rude. When ordering she acts as if she does not want to be there and just get the day over with. One time my son got a waffle did not realize how heavy it was and dropped it. I cleaned it up and paid for another one they acted as if it was the worst thing that could happen. Then proceeded to tell us to not drop it this time with an attitude. Then today i asked for no strawberries on the waffle since my son does not like them. I could hear them talking and saying stuff while making it about us not wanting strawberries on it.

We came here after lunch at the Vietnamese restaurant next door. They offered self ordering on the iPad next to the register. I felt the prices were very reasonable and the customizations available made it easy to build my perfect drink. I chose the golden milk tea and it was exactly how I wanted it. I was also able to choose the amount of ice I wanted which was perfect. We also got 2 matcha teas. They had cute key chains for sale too! Thank you Tii Cup!

I bought the new watermelon drink. After near the end found a pice of plastic. Looks like a glove that got blended into my drink… I’m horrify about this experience and will not be coming back. Always have a issue with Tii cup but this is the final straw.
I ordered a matcha latte, but they didn’t fill it all the way it was only halfway, which was a bit disappointing. The workers were okay, Overall, the matcha itself was good, and I still enjoyed it despite the small issues.

I came from the city and really missed Tea Garden from college. This is the perfect substitute! Can't believe it's so close to my house. Lychee Mango icii with tapioca pearls is the best.

As soon as i walked in there was a homeless man sitting at the door asking me to buy him food, it kind of made me uncomfortable. He kept on trying to talk to me. I talked to him, he was pretty nice. But would appreciate getting food without the bother! Although a nice employee offered him some water. The homeless man is very friendly, don't be scared! i was at first?
