This is one of the best boba spots IMO! I typically order the coconut slush with the brown boba pearls. The pearls aren't overly sweet and a decent texture. 🫶🏼
The only thing I would complain about is the smell from the sea food they serve. But it isn't enough to deter me from coming back. We normally order once a week.

The wait for a drink is absolutely horrible! Why is my drink taking 10-30 mins to make! I understand some peoples orders are ahead of me but they are waiting 10-20 mins for their two drinks! TWO DRINKS! I use to work as a barista and sometimes we were understaffed and over flowing with orders. But come on! This was such a chill day for this place. I’ve gone to other boba places and they certainly don’t take this long, even when it was just 2-4 workers and a good amount of traffic. Horrible service and wait time. They didn’t even greet me or anything. He just stared at me and I wasn’t sure if he was ready, so I had to say hi I’m ready to order. Customer service is not good. And the drinks were watered down. Honestly tii cup use to be better. I am so disappointed and annoyed. They didn’t even greet give a refund tho. Also they didn’t put the right order in. I spoke clearly and not too fast. When I worked as a barista people really don’t know how to order and when I order I make sure to say it exact. I asked for a large taro-coconut icii with boba pearls. And he had the audacity to ask what size and flavor I wanted and if I wanted toppings. Like dude I just told you in a clear matter. They need to train better and have better management. I’m surprised they can keep business.

adding onto the last review that was left about an hour ago… i’ve also been waiting here for 45 minutes for a single drink. a simple heads up that it would take longer would’ve been appreciated but it’s wasted almost an hour of our time now.

The drinks tasted like they were really watered down. The person who grabbed our order has grabbed it both times and both times she has been rude. When ordering she acts as if she does not want to be there and just get the day over with. One time my son got a waffle did not realize how heavy it was and dropped it. I cleaned it up and paid for another one they acted as if it was the worst thing that could happen. Then proceeded to tell us to not drop it this time with an attitude. Then today i asked for no strawberries on the waffle since my son does not like them. I could hear them talking and saying stuff while making it about us not wanting strawberries on it.

We came here after lunch at the Vietnamese restaurant next door. They offered self ordering on the iPad next to the register. I felt the prices were very reasonable and the customizations available made it easy to build my perfect drink. I chose the golden milk tea and it was exactly how I wanted it. I was also able to choose the amount of ice I wanted which was perfect. We also got 2 matcha teas. They had cute key chains for sale too! Thank you Tii Cup!
First time here and it was great. My order came out fast also.

I bought the new watermelon drink. After near the end found a pice of plastic. Looks like a glove that got blended into my drink… I’m horrify about this experience and will not be coming back. Always have a issue with Tii cup but this is the final straw.

I ordered a matcha latte, but they didn’t fill it all the way it was only halfway, which was a bit disappointing. The workers were okay, Overall, the matcha itself was good, and I still enjoyed it despite the small issues.
