Our server was excellent. She was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful without being patronizing or intrusive.

Would not recommend. Overally salty food, poor customer service, long wait for just 2 people, and waitress charged us the wrong amount over 4x what our tab was.
Waitress lacked professionalism. This place needs better training.

Food is good. Would recommend.
The server was horrible, kept getting orders wrong and took forever to bring out food. I understand that they could be busy with side tasks, but we weren’t properly taken care of.
By the time we finished a dish, we waited at least another 7-10 minutes for another to come out, and by that time, we were already full because of the wait.

Great all-you-can-eat Sushi. It is helpful if you have someone who is really knowledgeable about Rolls -- so many options. Many options besides Rolls.

Birthday party of 6, my first time. We ordered and shared many rounds of food. Something for most anybody. Food was served quickly and cooked food was hot when served. It was a slower time in the restaurant so the food came quickly. 😋

If I could give 11 out of 10 stars, I would. Tokyo Sushi isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a spiritual awakening wrapped in seaweed and drizzled with eel sauce.
Let’s talk about the $18 lunch buffet. ALL. YOU. CAN. EAT. Sushi lovers, this is not a drill. This is the deal of the century. For the price of a sad drive-thru combo meal, you can live out your most luxurious sushi fantasy, endless rolls, sashimi, tempura, and the kind of miso soup that could fix your credit score.
Every bite felt like being personally congratulated by the universe. The spicy tuna? Perfection. The salmon? So buttery it should’ve come with a warning label. Even the rice was somehow life-affirming.
The staff? Angels in aprons. The vibe? Immaculate. The experience? Transcendent. I walked in hungry and left a new person spiritually full, emotionally healed, and possibly fluent in Japanese now.
If you live anywhere within a 100-mile radius, stop what you’re doing and GO. Tokyo Sushi isn’t just lunch it’s a core memory.

We come to this Tokyo sushi all the time and for the first time today a server came back to us and asked us to change our tip. Tip should always be optional. But because I am nice I changed the tip to what she wanted but here’s the thing, she watched me the whole time i was changing the tip, I felt very uncomfortable. She also did not come check in with me at all during my time eating there. Please have a conversation with your staff because as a server you should never ask for a tip increase, as I was once a serve too. I can not imagine going up to customers demanding another tip amount.
Love it every time. If you get more than 2 items the all you can eat is worth it. Didn’t like sushi until I tried Tokyo.

Edit: since I can’t reply to the owner directly. Yes it was Tokyo Sushi in Brooklyn Park Minnesota. We went to your restaurant in June. And it still bothered everyone so i am leaving a review here for other people to know what happened.
We went here for a birthday party. The waitresses are rude. And food was not very good. Their rolls have a ton of rice on them to make you full so you won’t order too much. We had a table of more than 20 people. So they just lost potential repeat customers. They will rush you to order and were extremely impatient. Since it was our first time here and we had some questions from the menu. And we got yelled at bc the rice was not all eaten up. She said she will charge us extra for the rice they found on our napkins bc some of the food was spit out bc it was not edible. And since it was a big party the tip was already included in the bill so they didn’t care how they treated us.

Tokyo Sushi is an amazing place to eat. I'm not even a big Sushi fan, but their crab Sushi was to die for! The service was warm and friendly and all of the other dishes on the menu were great too. I will most definitely return.

By far the worst Japanese I've ever had, buffet or otherwise! Literally made me ill. My wife hated it too. We did not eat one single thing that tasted good.
