Super rude employees. I’ve arrived to pick up my double DoorDash order and a cashier brought me only one, didn’t even explain where the second one is. As a result 2 incorrectly executed orders. Nice job guys 👍🏻

My wife is vegetarian, but we were in the area and on a time crunch. We walked in and asked if they had a veggie burger. The lady said "yes".
Cool. So we ordered that. It was just a bun with cheese on it. I sent it back and said there was no burger. She seemed confused. She said they'll get a new one. 2nd attempt was a bun and a sloppy mess of toppings drowning in mayo. Still no patty. It went straight into the trash. I would have had more fun just lighting my $12 on fire, as it would've saved me time and provided me some heat energy.

The Caribbean lady taking our order in the drive thru was very rude and short with us while taking our order. She worked the night shift Thursday, Jan 7th. She misheard us and gave us the wrong thing and got mad at US about it. And one meal was cold and the other was hot. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

It’s fast food. I don’t eat it much. So I ordered a sandwich and I ordered it wrong. I brought it up and said ordered it wrong and asked to order another sandwich and I was paying for it. I screwed up not them. The manager so absolutely not and remade my sandwich even though it was no fault of them. It’s Wendy’s. It’s fast food. The service is why I am writing this review.

Extremely rude and short my husband and I came late last night 12.20.24. Wanting frosting after a long day. My husband asked for the new hot chocolate frosty. The response was "chocolate or vanilla" "so you don't have it?" Thier response "chocolate or vanilla" so he orders two and pulls around. "5.47" is what he wa told. So he handed over the card. It's was clear that they either hated their job or it was a toxic environment. Those we literally the only words spoken. "Chocolate or vanilla" and 5.47. No explanation, no kindness, definitely no smile or just common curtesy. This location is close to our home and this has been our experience nearly every time. So disappointing.

Incredibly rude when we arrived after placing a mobile order. To quote
the mean woman working drive thru, (at 2pm on 11/15/24) "That's a big ass order for drive thru.....Jesus Christ!!" didn't make us feel like spending our money there ever again. Why are people working in the customer service industry when they clearly don't want to serve customers?
