Employee at the counter wasn't completely rude, but certainly did the bare minimum. Paid $15 for a drink and a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs. Small portions, sauce tasted like it came out a can and the meatballs were just sad. The silverware brought with my food was filthy.

Arrived at Noodles at 8:40pm on Monday evening. They close at 9:00pm. We walked in the unlocked front door and were told immediately that they had shut everything down and were not taking any new orders. Very disappointing. My wife and I came here to eat dinner with her mother and being new to the company and expressing that I would have expected better customer service. Especially coming from the manager. When my wife had an issue with her meal the manager Cal was noticeably upset at the fact that he was asked to remake my wife's food.
