Foods not half bad but to order online and get there to pick it up and drive all the way home and the order not being right and to come back to have it remade and go all the way home again to find out it's still not right if I could give the employees a 0 star I would place needs a overhaul on employees and new management do better

I ordered online and arrived a little early to be sure I picked it up right away. The bowl was not filled, barely any rice, the peppers in the fajita veggies were still raw and cold. Very disappointing.

I’m so sick and tired of Chipotle. I come in and I’m respectful to the employees and they constantly skimp you on every last thing even the rice. They give you a half scoop of meat then charge when you ask for some more. My bowl looked sorry. I had to ask for extra everything.

I understand workers feeling overworked or tired, I really do. But being rude and giving a a mere drizzle of chili sauce and then demanding we "pay" for extra if we wanted more is really beyond acceptable. No chipotles have ever, ever charged for the chili sauce because it's a free side. To be asked to pay for extra if we wanted more/a side of it is really unbelievable. We bought two meals. Both were given a mere drizzle of chili sauce. So we asked if we could get some on the side. The older lady refused to give us the sauce they give for free... for free and insisted that we'd have to pay. Unfathomable. Please find a different location to go to unless you feel like getting the barest of portions AND paying extra fees for even a sauce that their company always literally gives to people for FREE.

Consistently one of the best quality chipotles and has been for some time. I used to work at Chipotle so I know the quality of the food fluctuates depending on the quality of staff working there. Their afternoon team goes crazy. Evening always falls off slightly at chipotle. But the afternoon team goes nutty. Service is OK tabkes need to be cleaned more but it is hard to get to that. As far as atmosphere goes, we are in a suburb purgatory that is an abomination and ultimate act of hubris to the face of God trapped in a car dependant neighborhood whose city planning was done by a cross faded chimpanzee with CTE. You've got a good view of Targets parking lot outside, though, so I'll give them an extra star.

Ordered from there tonight. The chicken was so burnt it felt like I was chewing beef jerky and tasted like straight charcoal. The chips were burnt. And half of my husband's burrito was filled with multiple bits of uncooked rice.

I looked online and it said that they were open until 11pm. I went there and arrived at 9:56pm. The doors said they closed at 10pm so I was trying to hurry and be courteous of them closing soon. I asked for a steak and barbacoa bowl. The lady then asked me again what meats. I repeated and the lady pointed down. I saw two meats and asked what they were. The lady said they were chicken and shredded pork and that was the only options she had. The lady acted in a rude manner as if me coming into the restaurant to order and give them my business was a huge inconvenience. She also rolled her eyes when asked for a side of small tortillas. When I got home i told my husband about how rude i was treated and he instantly put in an online order for steak tacos and went to the store to pick them up. Upon pickup he asked the supposed manager why his wife couldn’t get steak tacos and was told”because we are out,” After asking a few qualifying questions about why he was able to order it online and simply pick it up he was told it was a “technicality” and they do close at 10. Clearly a very poor run establishment from management down where the employees run the show and decide their own hours of operation and what they choose to cook and times they provide it.We eat Chipolte a few times a week and have been very loyal customers. With the way i was treated at this location I will never go back there again.

Best experience I’ve had at a Chipotle in a long time! Went in around 8 pm for dinner and all the ingredients were still available and the employees were very courteous! Everything tasted great, the food prep area was very clean, and the team behind the counter was very efficient!

Came here 2/26/24 5:45 pm. The older woman serving was as sweet as a lemon pushing my daughter and I through the line as fast as she could although we were the only ones ordering at the time.. she was making our food inaccurately and portion skimping. She kept interrupting my daughter when she was trying to decide what she wanted so it took her longer than usual to order because she felt pressured and kept losing her train of thought. I couldn't help but wonder why she worked here if she hated her own customers.....I thought it was odd that there was no one there dining because they are almost always busy but once I got home to eat the food I realized why. I had maybe six pieces of chicken in my entire bowl and almost no beans. I basically got a bowl of rice. I feel like there's not many restaurants around anymore that are the same as they were even a couple years ago. It's so sad, this used to be a hot spot. If you're in the area and are hungry I recommend avoiding this spot. Cam Rahn Bay is good though and its right around the corner..

Would have given 5 stars on the food but they really skimp on beans and rice and that's the cheap part... should not have to ask for extra of each just to get the right amount. Service was good and polite but again serving was smaller than any of the other locations in the area.

I needed Gluten Free for my Grandson. I asked the server to change her gloves for gluten free. She removed her gloves scrubbed her hands and arms thoroughly then put on fresh gloves. She then fulfilled the order completely herself. She change used fresh spoons and different containers of corn and other add ons. I was Extremely impressed with the accommodations that she went through to make sure my Grandson’s food was safe for him to eat.Way to go !
