Came in at 10 pm to dine in. All the chairs in the dining room were on top of the tables. If their dining room closes, they should put that on the door or on the website. Chipotle Mexican Grill is a consistently high-quality location with generous portions and a pleasant atmosphere. The food is delicious, and the restaurant is generally clean. While the evening service can be slightly slower, the overall experience is positive, making it a worthwhile choice. Despite being located in a less-than-ideal suburban area, the restaurant offers a decent view of the surrounding area.
The staff is friendly and provides good service, especially during the afternoon. However, some customers have reported issues with food allergies, as the staff does not always listen or change gloves properly. Additionally, the restaurant has been criticized for becoming more expensive, with smaller portion sizes and less flavor in recent years.
Despite these concerns, Chipotle remains a popular choice for fast-food Mexican cuisine, with a variety of vegetarian and low-FODMAP options available. The restaurant is also considered kid-friendly, with a small free parking lot shared with other nearby establishments.
