As someone with food allergies they change their gloves but won’t always listen which ends up with my allergen in my food. They have gotten very stingy with the serving size. Not very clean but I’ve seen worse.

Dietary restrictions: They will change gloves. But it’s a 50/50 if they will get you different food if your allergen is in the container you want.

Since about 2011, Chipotle for me has been slowly getting worse and worse. More expensive, less food, and less flavor as well. However, I think something must have happened within the last year, as I’m starting to notice better portions and the missing flavor returning. Still not back to the glory days, but we’re getting a lot closer.

Chipotle food is pretty good for fast food Mexican, but my one complaint about this one is they frequently run out of ingredients. Twice they've been out of hard shell tacos and one time they were also out of the white rice. They also tend to make you wait forever. They'll make half your food then make you wait forever while they make half of the food for several people behind you before then moving and adding more toppings to everyone's food while you're waiting...
