The fried side dishes and overall flavor of the tonkotsu broth were very good. Very good amount of noodles. I did expect a slightly creamier broth and more tender pork, but for the price and cool atmosphere definitely worth it.

i enjoyed the food. as the focus of the restaurant the ramen was delicious. i liked the tonkatsu ramen. everything else we ordered was pretty tasty but didn’t blow me out of the water. i like the variety of the menu, so i’ll definitely be coming back to try the other items. when we walked in, no one greeted us but when we asked we were directed to seat ourselves and order up front. personally, i enjoy eating without a doting server so i had a pleasant dining experience besides...

This was a cute eatery with delicious food and great service. They explained that they make their broth from scratch (which is different from many sushi restaurants that use a powder), and it's evident in the flavor. Ramen, fried rice, and udon noodles were all tasty, and the pickled daikon was a wonderful appetizer that's not always easy to find. The place is small, but carryout orders seemed to be moving quickly.
