VERY VERY SALTY pretzels. I asked for light salt and they said they couldn't do it cuz they already had them made. They tasted old and so salty we couldn't eat them.. expensive.. the rewards app doesn't work here. And they charge $2.00 for dipping sauce! How ridiculous!

Stopped by at 8:18pm on 10/5 and the drive-thru message said they were closed even though Auntie Anne website and Google said the store should be open until 9pm. Please update your hours so that future customers are not disappointed.
The service was amazing! The drive thru wasn't too long despite the traffic and Blake was happy to help with any of my questions! If Blake is working I'll always be there!

Pretzel we ordered was RAW and undercooked. Staff wouldn’t let me use the app to redeem rewards as they said they don’t take the app…..at an Auntie Anne’s brick and mortar store. Ridiculous. Drive to the mall, I’ve had a bad experience at either location there. DO NOT GO HERE.

The pretzel was burn, the cheese tasted off, and the menu prices were deceptive. $35.00 for two small meals.

22 bucks for pretzel bites, a frozen lemonade and 1 original pretzel...holy crap...then the food tasted like it was sitting under a light forever.

I ordered strawberries wild- not great especially for the price. Husband ordered aloha pineapple - not edible. It tasted spoiled and like a tin can. The breakfast sandwich had been made quite a while ago and was barely edible. Did not have time to take it back. DON’T Eat here

I’ve been to this new location 3 or 4 times now. If there was another one closer than MOA, I would not go here. The service has been slow every visit (twice I’m pretty sure there was only one guy working!), the wait is pretty long, and when there were multiple workers they were busy socializing and were talking to each other instead of me on the speaker. The smoothies are standard Jamba Juice, have not tried the pretzels. Also, I don’t think you can order ahead on the app or use gift cards which is a drag. All in all, disappointing.

The staff is very friendly! Prices are expensive but understandably with the way the economy is. Yummy food and smoothies too! ?

Must be under new management. They are trying hard to get good workers (hard for any business) and there is a training curve, but the last two times I've stopped in everything was very good. I even tried one of the impossible sandwiches and it was hard to believe it wasn't meat. It was a little slow, but I think that's part of the new employees learning. The manager was very nice and talked to me while I was at the window. The price is a bit steep, but so is everything else around. The smoothies are why I keep coming back (especially the White Gummi). Best of luck to this new business as it gets on track for quicker service.
