Came 45min before posted closing time. No one ever answered the speaker or answered the drive thru Windows. Highly upset that I wasn’t my free pretzel coupon here on a pickup order and didn’t receive my order.

came while they were “open” at 430pm and I sat at the speaker for 5+ mins and no one was there and then drove up to the window and no one was there. Website still said they were open and nothing on the building/drive thru to say they were closed

Nice patio. No indoor seating, (only a drive thru and a window order option). Good cold smoothies. Menu prices are expensive, so be sure to look at the combos or look for coupons ahead of time if you are looking to make it affordable. The staff was very nice, even though it was swamped the afternoon that we went.

Service is slow, And The cashier said that I was unable to use my rewards.. and I'm trying to figure out why couldn't I? when all you have to do is scan the barcode inside the app.. so that was bs..

Sure glad your hours are till 8pm on Saturdays yet you were closed at 7:15 with 4 cars in your drive through trying to order. Way to do business!

Seriously update your service hours. I have gone there multiple times and it has been closed while the website stated it was open for a significant amount of time. Dissapointing, especially since the pretzels don't taste as good here as they do at the mall.

VERY VERY SALTY pretzels. I asked for light salt and they said they couldn't do it cuz they already had them made. They tasted old and so salty we couldn't eat them.. expensive.. the rewards app doesn't work here. And they charge $2.00 for dipping sauce! How ridiculous!

Stopped by at 8:18pm on 10/5 and the drive-thru message said they were closed even though Auntie Anne website and Google said the store should be open until 9pm. Please update your hours so that future customers are not disappointed.

The service was amazing! The drive thru wasn't too long despite the traffic and Blake was happy to help with any of my questions! If Blake is working I'll always be there!
