Stopped in about a week ago and cannot stop thinking about my amazing experience at this location. Young gentleman named Tory was very quick with my order and answered any possible questions i had regarding my food allergies. great experience and young adults should have the same customer service as this young man offered. will be returning!
This place is just slow for some reason. The people are friendly. Once I ordered a delivery and after waiting an hour and calling twice to ask where it was, I canceled the order. One other time, I was the only car in the drive thru at 2 pm and service was friendly but also very slow.
Thomas was so friendly, especially after he noticed I had been waiting in the drive thru for a long time in the snow. So glad people still understand how to apologize but also be friendly! Thanks Thomas!!! :-)
