I ate here for the first time this week. And I felt that I was back in Thailand. I ordered Thai Noodle soup. (GUAY TIEW). I was stationed there for one year during the Viet Nam War, and ate Thai food every day. Went back to visit in 2019 for 3 months. Returning this winter to live there. Anyways, I have been to several restaurants in search for this dish here at home. And never could find one that was the same. Many were Vietnamese that served Pho and is not the same.
