Very first ever trying birria tacos. Got the machuranbirria omg it was sooooo good! I’ve had other things in the menu. But I believe Birria was tacos are my fav now.

My Favorite place to get Mexican food I love everything on the Menu . Excellent food my first recommendation for anyone asking in the South Metro. For me this litteraly goes in the same category as some other Twin Cities gems.

Best food truck in Burnsville! I absolutely love the tacos and the quesadilla. The wait is always pretty short and even if it’s long it’s definitely worth the wait.

Parking: Truck is located at the BP gas station off county road 11. This station can get very busy at times making the parking lot difficult to navigate.

This is the best Mexican food we found in Minnesota. The prices are pretty good and the quality is there. We always get quesabirria, tacos (asada, carnitas and barbacoa) and the humongous burrito.
They do charge extra a very small fee if you pay with a credit card but it's minimal. We could understand that they are a family run small business. Good people and good business overall. We wish they would use less Styrofoam though.

They never answer the phone to place an order anymore & also get back hours later that my order is complete!!!!!

Really friendly people. Food is fresh and hot. I had steak tacos and they were really good. My spouse had the quesadilla and let me eat some, and it was delicious.

This is the best food truck in Mn. They outbeat even Mexican Restaurants. Everything on the menu is delicious. Everything is cooked to order with the freshest ingredients. I love everything about the way they cook. The flavors and presentation is phenomenal. I wish I could eat here everyday because I would. Also try the corn it's the best in the USA!!!! Go try them now!!!! You won't be disappointed o promise ?
