I called on a Mon. to see about catering a Wed. lunch for 35 at our shop in Fridley. Michael couldn’t have been more accommodating. He delivered the piping hot food in a downpour and helped me set up the spread for our team. We tried the brisket, pulled pork and turkey. Mike was great to work with for catering our company holiday party. He was very responsive and was able to accommodate special requests and the food was amazing. I grew up in Texas, and this is great BBQ.
I would absolutely recommend this food to anyone I know...always on point and great service...I personally had the Brisket Nachos and they were amazing!
