The pho was very tasty. Seems a little odd for the restaurant to be in a grocery store but the servers were very nice, attentive and the portions were large. I will definitely go back again
The selfish side of me wants to rate this restaurant at a 1-star for everything so that no one else will come here... but in reality, this is the absolute BEST pho I've had in MN. That homemade garlic chili oil is no joke.

This is the best Pho and spring rolls I had in MN so far. They give a lot of brisket meats. While you are there, you can grocery shop for Asians food as well since it is connected to this restaurant. I have been here twice this week already. I also ordered their papaya salad, but I was not impressed. It was too sour for me. It is definitely not Thai or Laos style with the papaya salad.
