I have a love-hate relationship with the Starbucks location. I am writing this review while sitting in the drive-through line after I ordering an in-store pick up. But when I got here, the doors were locked and they forced me to go to the drive-through line to get my beverage. And the line is long!I called the store to cancel my order, but they won’t answer the phone either.If this is the only time this sort of frustration had happened with this location I wouldn’t bother, but this has happened multiple times to me.Finishing this review after leaving the Starbucks location 10 minutes after I arrived… Now late to my next appointment… The woman at the drive-through was very apologetic but claims she had no idea about the phone not being answered.

Today a watched as a grown man yelled at and barated who I think was the shift lead this morning, It's safe to say the line was moving a bit slow today but upon seeing when I went to pay, the store was understaffed. The man was beating his hands on their ledge outside their window and when he was greeted by a young man he was going on about how it was the shifts leads job to cater to him and that he was going to be late. The young woman stuck up for herself whilst informing the man crazed man that he cannot treat staff the way he did. Once arriving to pay it was clear to me that she was shaken up and was uncomfortable by his behavior. I say this to say that this probably could have been avoided if the store was staffed. it is a holiday and I saw the same two people making drinks, food and taking orders. To that young lady, you're doing great!

This place is always closed. I have tried to get coffee here multiple times as it’s the closest Starbucks to my house, but they usually have doors locked. If the doors are open, it’s mobile orders only. I just go to Target Starbucks instead but it’s not convenient.

I got this 3 drinks today and they don’t taste like what they have too taste ,one taste like a lot of milk insted of ice white moca and i still had it to ask to add the caramel drizzle even tho i say it already in the drive thru this the second time ,the frappe taste like chocolate with milk and the strawberry acai taste like more than water then what it had to taste im not coming back again this is horrible ?

This used to be our default location but for the last several months their hours are so inconsistent. If the hours were posted on the app or something it would be different but driving here only to find they are closed is super inconvenient.Usually drinks/food are correct but I’ve had to go back due to incorrect orders several times.I’d recommend going to any of the other Starbucks in the area instead of this one.

I go to this location a lot. Same time every other day 7:20am-7:30am and today as well as three other days last week I went at the same times I normally would go and all 4 times including today at 7:30am I pulled up to the drive through during open hrs and sat at the drive thru waiting to order for 5-10 minutes each time I’ve waited and no one took my order. No one even said “we will be right with you” or anything like that and all 4 times this has happened in the last week there has been employees in the store goofing off. Super unprofessional -1 out of 10 would not recommend ordering from this location unless you have time to wait a few years to be able to actually order when the employees decide to do their actual job

Really bad. Starbucks continues to not pay it's employees well causing a terrible employee experience and understanding. Location is commonly closed and service is usually bad. Starbucks corp do better

The service was great and the drink was okay. However, this location needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Everything is filthy, the floors, the surfaces, and the bathroom I used was the worst I've seen in an establishment for a long time. It was disgusting and didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. I was reluctant to even order a drink here because of how dirty it was. I've never visited a Starbucks and experienced this.
