Very disappointed. They were busy. I waited patiently for my beverage. But it was not made correctly according to my request. It was basically hot milk with no Chai flavor. Even if busy, I expect my drink to be made with care.
Next time someone go in the store your workers has to be respectful and not say what does this girl. This guy should be talked too I’m going to go in get the name because . I understand you guys are busy in the drive through but if someone wants to go in to order because we can!!! Bad stuff and service.
Ordered online about 6:30pm and the workers there made my drinks perfect. I mean spot on! The barista added on cute toppings as well very artistic. Wish I had a photo but had to take a sip right away lol

Starbucks Coffee Company is a high-volume store with a professional and hardworking staff. The team stays kind, patient, and respectful even when it is extremely busy and stressful. Drinks, like the black iced tea, are made with care and can be delicious and thirst-quenching. The coffee is what it is. The food is frozen and heated up, but is fine; however, the spicy falafel wrap is tiny and not very good, with spice but no flavor. The location has plenty of seats with standard decor, though there is not a lot of seating. The location is sort of away from everything. The staff genuinely cares and keeps the line moving, making it a welcoming place that deserves more credit.
