I love when baristas love their job
I ordered online and was asked to check on my order when I arrived. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff felt a bit unwelcoming. The drink I received was also quite bland — it wasn’t sweet and didn’t really taste like matcha, even though I paid for an extra shot. I hope this was just an off day, and that the quality and service can be improved.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a high-volume store with a professional and hardworking staff. The team stays kind, patient, and respectful even when it is extremely busy and stressful. Drinks, like the black iced tea, are made with care and can be delicious and thirst-quenching. The coffee is what it is. The food is frozen and heated up, but is fine; however, the spicy falafel wrap is tiny and not very good, with spice but no flavor. The location has plenty of seats with standard decor, though there is not a lot of seating. The location is sort of away from everything. The staff genuinely cares and keeps the line moving, making it a welcoming place that deserves more credit.
