In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Everything seems fine EXCEPT this particular location keeps odd business hours. It seems like they open and close randomly, no rhyme or reason to their hours. I would pull up only to find out they are closed. It was 8:30am...multiple times now...just so random.

Great customer service. I recently placed a mobile order, and while I was in the drive thru line, realized I had accidentally sent the order set to the wrong store. When the barista came back to try window I owned my mistake, fully expecting to be politely sent on my way. However, she said they’d be happy to still make my order for me. They did so in a timely manner, and didn’t even charge me again. I didn’t expect this kindness at all, but was definitely impressed.
