Ordered inside went to order a guy that was mopping the floors came to take our order and then proceeded to make our cones !! No washing of the hands ! Looked at the floor Inside was so dirty I thought they might have washed it a week ago ! Yuck not eating here anymore ! Think we need a refresher course on washing of the hands when you should wash them ! People can get sick from this !

Went through the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of us. We waited 8 minutes for 2 items at the pay window. Thankfully, the ice cream tasted great, however there was a small amount of candy and the spoons were unable to reach half of my friend's large blizzard. A bit unfriendly workers but I understand shifts can get long.

There's a reason I go through the drive threw at this dairy queen, the filth, and quality of the workers is honestly disgusting. I love Dairy Queen but this one needs some help!

Went to the Dairy Queen in Caledonia on October 2. There was only one car in front of us at the drive thru. We ordered 2 mini blizzards which were delicious. My complaint is that one of them was sloppy and plopped over into the carrier they were in. Don't employees care about what they do??

Went through the drive-through tonight for ice cream and as we drove off we realized we got the wrong thing. Drove back into parking lot and as soon as we did they started turning the lights off and we saw a worker run to lock the door. This was before 9:00 and hours stated they were open until 9:30.

Gave us a free mini cup. Very cool
Got all of our orders wrong and when they got it wrong, they charged us still for the stuff we didn't get.
