“We drive through Caledonia every couple of weeks and decided to stop here for the first time. The best doughnuts I have ever eaten (blows Winona's local doughnut shop out of the water)! So fresh, soft and springy. We will definitely make the bakery a regular stop. Not only were the donuts delicious but the gentleman we met today was so nice and welcoming!”

“I recommend this location for everything but their curbside service. Some idiot has decided they should pack all curbside orders in paper bags. Even when the order includes a half gallon of cold milk (which has its own handle, by the way), and pop bottles. These things sweat, you know and bags rip.”

“This review is for the woman working solo during lunch hour, yesterday 2/16/26.
She did an outstanding job keeping her cool while being under pressure with customers waiting for their lunch. She was very polite and apologetic about the wait. Sandwich was still made with care and turned out EXCELLENT, which isn't always the case.”

So, I started bringing my daughter along and she loves the pancakes. I recommend this place to anyone driving through.”

“Nice pizza place in a quaint town. Inside a nondescript white building, but the dinning room is quite cute! Open for eat in and take out. Staff were prompt and friendly. There’s paper on the table so kids and their adults can color while they wait. We ordered the extra saucy, extra cheesy, extra meaty specialty pizza. The crust was a bit soggy, but I don’t know how you would avoid that with extra sauce. The volume of toppings was what I was looking for and it did not disappoint. The ice cream area needs some TLC. I’d stop by again for the pizza and entertainment for my kids if I were in the area again.”

“Food was good. Service was about non-existent. The gal was on her phone. NEVER came back to our table. And, was basically right across from us. So, no refills. No, 'how's your food"? NOTHING. We had to finally walk over to ask if we could get our bill after waiting for her to get the hint that we were finished eating (it was a little while). When all she had to do was look over maybe 10' to see that. Not sure why the service was so bad, since there were maybe 4-6 other people in the place. She definitely needs to be retrained/have better people skills. It was on a Sunday afternoon. And, we were on the Root River Trail that afternoon.”
