From Saint Paul and in town for work. Was craving some fajitas and these are hitting the spot! Flour tortillas are nice and fluffy and the spicy salsa is an excellent addition. If I’m ever in the area again I will be back!

First, this is a gem in a very unlikely place! Why Mexican food in a German/ Norwegian farm community? I live in Texas, so I was a bit suspicious as to the real taste of Mexico. My suspicions were unfounded as the flavors were of the vibrant Mexican food that I know! It was not full of fat and cheese, rather the sauces had incredible flavor. I had the Chile Colorado which was advertised as spicy (wish I took a photo), yet the spice was beautifully subdued and fragrant. My mother had the Enchiladas Mexicanas, and really enjoyed the flavors and tenderness of the meat. It was a Sunday night so the number of patrons trickled in. I DO hope that more people will discover this place. Friendly atmosphere as well. Portions are huge, plan accordingly.

Visiting the area from Shakopee and found this gem in an unexpected place. Excellent authentic Mexican food and tons of options. Must have been 20 different burritos amongst dozens of other options as well. Highly recommended!
