My med rare steak was med well tough and dry my wifes chicken was also overcooked and dry that being said the service was still awesome otherwise

The server was rude. Treated the 'senior ' ladies next to poorly. She was told that a person in our group was celiac (life threatening allergies to wheat and gluten). We asked to have no croutons or breadstick on the salad but still brought out the salad with croutons and a bread stick. Definitely need some training in food safety!!!

Long day of work and all I wanted was dinner. Walked in at 1143pm and got refused service said they was closed. Online says midnight I would of gladly ordered Togo. Change your business hours if you are going to refuse service. Your loss! I took my money next store! Thanks anyways! Server behind the bar was extremely rude. As soon as we walked in looked at the clock and the got mad thay we was there. Way to build sales!!! 💪 I am an area manager over 10 locations and if this is how one of my staff treated my guests this close to close they would not be working for me!! Good above and beyond. I literally have not ate today as I was in a restaurant all day preparing for a huge event tomorrow. What a disappointment please do better! I will not return to this location. I literally was just here at this location on Monday for a managers meeting spending hundreds 💯 I will take those meeting to another restaurant now!

The waitress was awful! My friend asked for a lemon and lime twice and she forgot twice so I had to go to the bar to get a lemon and lime for her. My steak came and was disgustingly rare! I instantly cut into it and was nauseous sent it back and watched my friends and family devour their meals. The steak came back a little more brown in the outside and STILL RAW! My brother is a professional cook and agreed it was too raw! At the point the manager asked me how I ordered it I said MEDIUM not medium rare not rare but MEDIUM and this point I don't want a piece of meat that was on the grill then back on the grill and brought to me to eat! GET OUT! I wasn't charged for it and I left hungry. Will NOT BE BACK AND DO NOT RECCOMEND the steak at this location.

Stopped last night (08-05-2025) I have to say not the best choice, I had the new Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine. Very disappointed well unless you like rubber Chicken and Macaroni and Cheese Not Fettuccine more kids Mac&Cheese, the only Parmesan is the little bit on top of the Marinara Sauce. Very disappointing

I have been to Applebee's countless times for well over 20yrs and always pretty much have a great experience every time! I'd have to say the Cambridge, MN Applebee's still stands out and is exceptionally wonderful! You always feel welcome, the staff is always kind, poignant and professional!

I went there for my birthday dinner with my friends. During the whole process the waitress was rude and ignored our table throughout the dinner so much so that the people at the table mentioned how the waitress was rude and how bad the service was throughout the night (didn’t even get a my free chocolate dessert). I would recommend based on that experience that if you have a birthday and want to celebrate with people you love and care about to eat somewhere else or eat at home for a more enjoyable experience.
