I tried to place an order yesterday but got denied my pizza. I ordered a half dairy free cheese - half chicken/regular cheese pizza. Got a phone call and was told they cannot make my pizza because it wasn't legal? (something along the lines of that.) I tried to explain I was the one who had the dairy issue and I was not allergic but was cut off before I was able to finish my explanation. Visited PM in Cambridge on a weekend and the location was super clean and not super busy but there was still a bit of a lengthy wait time. But, we grabbed a s'mores brownie to go with our pepperoni and sausage pizza. I always really enjoy their pizza and I'd never tried the brownies before. I will definitely order their pizza again but little hesitant on the brownies. They were okay but I feel like you can find better ones. Still, everything was good and I'd get the pizza again.

They are always helpful and friendly. They keep the store clean. The employees are well groomed. They ask you if there's anything else you'd like to order or suggest other items without being pushy. The store smells so good when you walk in soon after they open. Mouthwatering and the aroma makes you hungry. I highly recommend this store. What's nice is, if you have an EBT Card, they do accept it.
