About Pizza Pub

Pizza Pub is a local restaurant that offers a variety of dishes, including Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, onion rings, wings, pizza, and burgers. The sandwiches are loaded with steak, peppers, and onions, and the burgers are known as one of the best in Cambridge. The wings and pizza are praised for their good taste, with some customers calling the pizza phenomenal and still enjoying it after years. Pickle fry appetizers are also highly recommended and considered absolutely amazing. The restaurant features arcade games and some kid-friendly options, although reviews mention that many of the games are broken or empty, and there are no booster chairs or free activities for children. The atmosphere is loud, partly due to noisy customers, and described as slightly dark and claustrophobic, with an awkward layout of ramps and tables. The food is simple and well-made but not fancy. The restaurant delivers to some areas and is generally appreciated for its good food and friendly staff. However, the current mozzarella sticks are considered disappointing and often lack cheese. Customers have shared mixed experiences, mentioning that the sauce on the pizza has been lighter and less satisfying during recent visits, and the music can be too loud even during lunch hours. The downstairs party area has stairs without railings, which could be an issue for older or mobility-impaired guests. Overall, Pizza Pub is seen as a decent local spot with good people and a good time, but not a destination for out-of-town visitors.
