DoorDasher, they over stuffed the bag, it ripped and no one was around to help, seemed to be avoiding the counter. Watched people go unserved (they walked out) because they needed to catch up on orders. Wasn't even peak and they five orders. They even delayed DT orders because they needed to catch up. Very unorganized in the back

Should be zero. Went inside to order and was told 3 times they would be right up. At least 3-4 employees working. Waited minutes between being told they are coming and finally had to walk out after 8 minutes or more just to try to order fast food. Do better!!!!

Went inside for a sit down meal and the counter staff never even came to say that they will be with us in a minute. They weren't busy, so that's not a reason. Apparently customers are not important. So we gave Applebee's our business. If you don't want to serve customers don't come to work.
