I did the mobile app for the 1st time. I picked up my food and the service was engaging. On my way home I started eating my curly fries and they were cold and tasted burnt. I was very disappointed. The rest of my order was cooked properly and delishous.

Arby's is simply an all around high quality fast food experience. You either love it, or you REALLY love it. I tend to fall into the latter category. Damn satisfying sandwiches. You really feel like you enjoyed a proper meal. Every time. Arby's in Cambridge is one of those places you frequently see a long line at the drive-through, and you don't even care. Because it's ALWAYS worth the wait. They have excellent staff, mostly hard-working individuals who strive to provide great service. You can often SEE just how hard they work, not only because they are driven to deliver quality, but because they're just so damn popular. They have the meats.

Must have been really bissy. But waited 20 for food. The guy at the counter was apologetic and said sorry for the long wait .
Parking: Plenty of parking with 2 handicap spots.

The staff is great & the food is almost always fresh. The couple times there was an error, they were great with making it right, you simply just have to make the effort and bring it to their attention. The Cambridge Arby's is by far the best location we've been too. We live south of the cities and have to stop here for our Arby's fix almost everytime we come through town. 😅 shout out to their crew, they deserve a raise!
Always consistent and still reasonably priced, sometimes long waits for simple items, and they always make you pull up next to the dumpster for drive thru, though.

Tried the burger shake combo, absolute mistake. Stick with roast beef Arby's or get workers to learn how to cook hamburger! Only needs to be 165, not burnt and tough. Terrible waste of money
