I went to caribou for the first time in 6+ years today to grab a quick drink after my Fiancé got his haircut and it was closer than Starbucks. All together I had to wait 20 minutes to order and get my drink and they even gave the lady who ordered after me her drink first. This is why I never come here and I never will again!! Great customer service guys ? BTW there is 2 registers for a reason if you can’t figure something out on the first one with the customer in front of me at least take my order on the second one and start on my drink instead of standing around. Customer service and efficiency is very important! I never write reviews but this called for one.
It takes a while to get your drink but I really like the cookies and cream drink so I always want to go back and the atmosphere is perfect
