Way overpriced. For two sandwiches and one beverage it was over $26.00 plus tax and then they have a tip jar. Since when does everybody expect a tip for just doing their job. The sandwich seems like they were skimping on meat and other ingredients.

Not friendly service at all took way longer than expected for 3 sandwiches and they acted like 3 were just an astronomical amount to make.

Honestly, I get that you don't want to make too much bread for that awful shrink margin, but whomever decided to not make enough bread for the day, needs to reevaluate their planning. We've had to change what we get our sandwiches on 3 visits just this summer not including the multiple times during the winter that we had too(fun fact the wraps SUCK when there's not enough toppings to fill them). If I ran out of chicken or pizza dough 3 times during the summer with several hours being open to go, I would've been fired repeatedly.
I would suggest if you are going to order, make sure you go in and go early in the day because by 6pm, they are completely out of bread(doesn't matter if you go on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday- they still run out early). I get that Cambridge is a smaller city, but to run out of bread before dinner rush is such horrible planning. When you hire a bunch of young adults and teens that don't have the experience you need to actually train them correctly and not just tell them they are screwing up. TEACH THEM. Bread isn't hard to make. It should be made throughout the day, multiple times a day if needed and you should always be proofing the next batch.
Your store would do a fantastic job and make a LOT more if they weren't having to turn people away and the best substitute is the damn wraps. The portions need to be like the portions in the cities also. 🥴 We should pay as much as we are for cold cuts when there's not enough food to fill a child in them. Again, totally get that prices are going up, not saying we don't understand it. Just gotta do better. The kids do not have the freaky fast/freaky good mentality either. I wanted to net my hair, wash my hands and jump behind the counter to get them caught up. You need a good DM to actually spend time with these guys. They want to do better, it's obvious they do, but they need the experienced adult that can actually help them do so.

I was charged for a topping without being informed. He slid in as if it came with my order.
No mention of extra fee. Very underhanded. How many other customers have they done this to. Unethical business practice. I hope that extra $1.15 goes along way. You will lose far more than that in the long run.
