I brought my Mom here today because she had never been to Jimmy John's. I have to say the experience from walking in the door and being greeted in a very friendly manner by the great group of young people working today really made my day. They had amazing music also! The employees were top notch and if course the food was literally the best sandwich I've ever had. Won't get a sandwich anywhere else. Thank you guys for the hospitality, and the great food! Keep up the great work you are doing.

I didn't care for the food, or the staff's attitude, it was my first time ever at a JJ's restaurant, and I wasn't left with a very good impression. Staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and acted as if they were doing me a favor by being there.I will NOT be going back there...the food was bland at best, and bread was tough/chewy.

I've only been to this location once before. Had a hankerin for a Gargantuan so made the special 20 mile trip to pick one up to split with the wife. ( don't like app ordering). Got there, sign on the door says" out of bread". Go in, figuring maybe just no extra loaves to sell. NOPE. How does a place that bakes their own bread daily not have bread at 6pm. No wonder so many bad reviews.

Today I was very disappointed with my service from Jimmy Johns I called and ordered a sub at 11:05. I never got my sub delivered and when I called to ask about it they said it went out for delivery at 11:30 and that it was delivered this is a lie. Also the gentlemen that answered the phone was very rude. He did return my money but I never received my sub and had rude service. I may never order from there again.

If 0 stars were an option, this would be it.This is the sixth order I have made where nothing on the order is fully accurate (for this specific location). No customizations, order directions, napkins, extras, ect were accurate. The sandwich I ordered was not what I received and ingredients were on it that I asked to be excluded due to specific dietary conditions. So, a whole order and sandwich that cannot be eaten nor do they respond about it. Do not bother ordering a specific sandwich on their menu, you won't get it anyways.Do not bother to fill out their surveys they send you, they never contact you back, they never do anything about it. Ive been overcharged six times now for their mistakes.Subway has my business now going forward. Highly recommend to stay away from this Cambridge location. Can't even get a sandwich right.

Usually they deliver and forget items but this time it was delivered to the wrong address when its marked on the receipt and near my door. Is the driver high? Honestly, I feel like I am wasting my $ tipping. Will not use the mobile app anymore or order from here anymore.

This store seems to get a lot of bad reviews. I've never had a issue personally. I do not order on a regular basis as they are expensive. My order was delivered in 20 minutes across town and was accurate. (Even cut in half as requested) Thank you!

First time for me. The #5 Vito is good. The bread is great. I'll be trying other sandwiches. The service shocked me. My sandwich was ready when the receipt was printed.

If you want a sub, go to Subway in Cambridge instead. At the Cambridge location, for $9.00, you pretty much get bread and a little amount of things inside. I get that the picture on a website is never what you get but this was not even close. On top of that, the music was so loud my wife had to yell the order to the worker. It was extremely loud and very unpleasant.

If you're ordering from this Jimmy John's just expect to receive your food in an hour.If you're ordering for delivery I would recommend maybe doing door dash they will be faster. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering. Many other said it took more than an hour as well. This is a shame.
The other reviews on this are outdated. Standard Jimmy John's experience. I had my sandwiches before I could even pay. the staff is nice. The bathrooms are clean everything tastes good.
