Went here to eat inside today 03/15/25
Temperature outside 30°. There was absolutely no heat on in this Taco Bell. So we left and went to Burger King.

The manager here on February 28th at 1 pm was very rude. Refused to get changed from a separate till said it doesn't work that way and she can't use that till cause we are already at a different till . Made us literally walk around the store asking if any one had change for a 50 dollar bill because they only had 5 dollars in change. She was very rude and had 0 common sense on how to fix the issue.. she was very rude to her employee who did nothing wrong right in front of customers ... Very poor experience here will not be back to the Cambridge taco bell

I must say... person giving my food was on point, very solid customer service skills. 5 starts across the board. The only thing I had a problem with was I ordered chips & cheese, and received 5 chips. Other than that, great experience.... Nice work!!

I spent 60 dollars on tacos and to my utter horror they were cold, I bit into my taco and froze to make the all ready scary experience worse the orders were messed up and I went into the bathroom to wash away the pain there was human feces on the floor and wall. (Based of a true story)

Bought a ton of tacos over $100 worth. Most were made incorrectly and almost all were cold. The staff were total jerks. I called them and spoke with someone that told me to come back up and get replacements. Drove 10 minutes to get my corrected order to be told that "they aren't going to do it because they checked the video footage of them checking the temp an HOUR earlier." So now I have a ton of uneaten could tacos, lost 20 minutes, gas $, and a hungry 7 person family and guest. Not to mention the cash I paid for it. Horsesh*t staff. Lackluster food. Do not recommend!!

they're extremely rude, promised us a new order after they messed it up bad and it was ICE cold. Then after we drove ALL THE WAY BACK to get the new order they promised to make us in the freezing cold and icey roads they told us no and they aren't giving us the order. This is NOT my first bad experience with this taco bell, because I've had previous other times where they messed up my order AND practically gave me an empty tortilla. The management and workers are so rude.
