Went to get some food today and pulled the door it's locked walked over to the other door locked. If it was at closing time I would understand but it was 8:20 pm on a Saturday.

So I tried to look online for gluten free options at Wendy's. Couldn't find any info. So I called the store. Wow what a bunch of crap. The individual I spoke to said she could not give out that information over the phone. WHAT?? REALLY? Um...OK. not like I asked for their secret reciepe or anything. I just needed to know if it would be safe for me to eat at that place. Needless to say I will NOT be doing business with such a place. Ciliac's beware of this!

Firstly I requested a sandwich without mayo. It was put on the sandwich so I returned it. It was thrown in the garbage by the counter person. I received a second sandwich after a wait and the cook asked for the first sandwich. I told him I gave it to the counter person so he went and asked him. The second sandwich was like rubber. I couldn't get a piece to chew off. I brought it back up and asked for my money back. I was told customers can only get their money back on Thursdays. He grabbed my sandwich and whipped it into the garbage. He was yelling to the cook that now I was complaining about it being raw. I told him to try cutting it and he wouldn't. I couldn't get my money back on a sandwich which was over six dollars. I'm retired so six dollars is a lot to pay and get nothing

It's 8:36 and there is nobody here. Says your open till midnight. 11/30/25 just close this dump. It's been crummy since the pandemic. Give an actual restaurant a chance. Stop hogging a good space for no reason. Your never open to sell your scrappy food anyway.

Lady with pink hair, I think a manager was complaining about customers, swearing at employees, and yelling loudly in front of store about co workers. She is completely inappropriate, over bearing and rude. She served us cold food and acted like everyone was beneath her. Completely unprofessional

The way they treat their workers is horrible.
Between the rudeness the flow language The employees arguing amongst each other would recommend some teen building exercises and several people left without even ordering their food due to waiting more than several minutes to have anyone take their order

This is what a large drink & a large fry and they give you two ketchup packets for a large fry.They charge extra for other condiments. It’s like they take it out of their paycheck for handing out condiments or filling up the drink?. The drive thru worker was beyond rude and kept pushing coupons and to make donations when we said NO THANK YOU MULTIPLE TIMES.
