AWFUL! They got my order wrong at the drive thru, then told me I ordered wrong because my receipt said... because they punched it in wrong!! The manager was crazy rude the entire time, slammed my frosty down in front of me and just walked away. No sorry, no thank you, nothing. I'll NEVER go back.

We never get our order right. Always something wrong or missing and we live 30 minutes away and we have taken to checking the bag before leaving to save another trip. Food is great... When we actually get it.

I recently visited Wendy's and was pleasantly surprised by the noticeable improvement in service compared to my past visits. What really stood out this time was the service. In the past, I experienced longer wait times and occasional order inaccuracies, but this visit was a complete turnaround. My order was prepared quickly and accurately.

It's clear that Wendy's has made significant improvements, and I truly appreciated the enhanced dining experience. I will definitely be returning more often. Highly recommend giving Wendy's another try if you haven't been in a while!

Update: attempted to give them another try today, 11/23/22. Still the worst Wendy’s in the state.

Waited 20 minutes for 4 cars in drive. This place is incredibly slow.

Correction 23minutes because I had to wait 2 minutes and 50 seconds on fries.

The manager of Wendy’s is so rude and disrespectful. Not only did we experience this once but multiple times. She interrupts, has an attitude, and is very demanding. I feel horrible for the other great workers there. If she doesn’t like her job, why not find another one instead of being rude to customers and staff.

I just came to the drive-thru and ordered a breakfast baconator I didn't have anything sauce on it that is supposed to get on it and they give me regular fries instead of the season potato fries that you're supposed to get in the morning

Employees are great, but the manager so rude. The employee was taking our order when the manager yelled at us to repeat our order. Then after the 30 minutes of waiting, we didn't even get the right things. Also, we got no receipt and didn't even know how much we were paying.

Horrible customer service. Not sure what her name was but it was an old lady on the drive thru window. I had ordered for pickup and the witch said to go inside and pick it up after I had waited a while for drive thru. I asked nicely if she’d be able to just give it to me and she said no that she wants me to go inside. I ordered ahead of time. I wouldn’t mind picking up inside but her demeanor was horrible. I never review but that was just BS. I plan on reporting to Wendy’s as well.
