Don't visit this fast food location if you want it fast or even reasonably prompt. I just had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru for a 10 pc nuggets with no warning or apology whatsoever. Not an exaggeration, was watching the clock. Will not be going back to this location.

A friend and I stopped here to eat at 9:45 pm and we ordered our food and then sat down to eat an employee came to our table and said too is that the inside dining area closes in 5 minutes and to hurry up and eat your food. How rude is this and professional.

Pulled up to order in drive thru and was asked to wait. The line behind me was full. She apologized for the wait and took my order. When I pulled to the window to pay I had to wait there again, for my food. ( about 3or 4 minutes more) The food wasn't hot it was warmed at best. I wasn't impressed with the chicken sandwich or the fries. The chicken was tough and flavorless and the fries were cold. Not sure why I was asked to wait so long....We certainly weren't waiting for the food to get done.. The woman who gave me my food looked as though she hated her job..no expression what so ever..I wasted money here and will not be coming back.

Literally has a huge banner on the side of the building for the Fuego meal. My son goes to order it and they refuse saying they just switched it out and are not doing it anymore. They I tell them to take down the huge banner advertising the meal, and I'm told that's not my job.....REALLY
I have myself, my wife, and 4 kids with me tonight...I guess they lost quite a bit of money as I'm not eating here tonight!

They have a sign up that says the takis Fuego meall but they said they cant make it and they just took the meal out today even though the signs still up

There was a puddle of water on the floor, and 🐜 ant's on the floor,I asked the manager to have it cleaned up no action was taken, also the table's needed to be wiped off.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The older lady working at the drive through window should not be working with people period. She was rude starting at the drive through window and then when we got to the order window she didnt hear the whole order so she had it wrong and we were like its fine and tried to give her the order she missed and she was so rude shaking her head and rolling her eyes to the point where my mom told her how she was acting then of course she refused service at that point. Just horrible to be in customer service and act like that.

I love going for their breakfast burritos, I always wait patient for hot fresh food nothing is old and stale just wish the lunch and dinner times were like breakfast times
