Ok- I left a bad review and I want to retract it :) I went in today, same bigger girl... totally good friendly service. I think she was having a bad day. We are all human and every now and then we have a bad day. Anyway, she didn't remember me, but she was sweetest pie. Very kind very friendly

Amazing staff. Manager is very helpful and knows her sandwiches. Works all the time tho. She is in there every time I go in. For as much as she is there sh has an amazing attitude. She jokes with her staff and it is very fun to watch.

Manager was rude. She argued with me when she said I didn't tell her what I want on it at front of line when I started to and she cut me off asking what kind of bread. My boyfriend got upset cause she didn't ask him what he wanted. And whe he started telling her she argued saying he didn't tell her at front of line. When he tried.

I live close to Canby Minnesota so I like their food because I only deal with one person and that's usually the manager but if I mess with anybody else my sandwich doesn't taste right???

i visited this Subway and the bigger girl working was so rude... but from the other reviews that's how it is here. No one bothers writing a review if it's ok, or even a lil subpar. This girl seriously gave bad attitude and excelled at not being helpful in any way.

The staff was amazing and I love that they appreciate their customers, all the employees were upbeat and Kiera and JJ where moving along the line fastly and one of the girls heavenly seemed new and she was moving fast as well, honestly ever since that store have got new management it's become a better environment for the costumers and employees as far as I can tell, I was in the store about a year ago at the same time and some of the employees were and come to find out the one employee that wasn't rude is now the new manager and I found that out last night, definitely will be going back?

Eating here right now and listening to the lady running the counter snapping at the elderly customers and arguing with people on the phone. Employees here seem to be annoyed with the customers.

This particular Subway has a town reputation of extremely poor service. Tonight was the last night I'll ever order there again. On 20230816, at aprox 1745hrs, I entered the premises. There were five individuals already in line. One adult female with two small children and two juvenile females. While waiting in line, listening to the cashier ring in up the wrong total for the family, an elderly handicapped woman parked her vehicle in front of the main entrance and made her way into the seating area and sat down. She had a cane so she couldn't stand. I wrongly assumed the male subway employee would take her order but he pretended to be busy straightening out out the chairs while the other female employees were desperately trying to fill orders. The other female customers continued to hold up the line by endlessly talking about school/being a employee. The one prior employee( now customer) in particular, had a long and apparently complicated order and must not have been trained/qualified to use the subway app for such an order. Even the purple haired hard working employee told her was holding up the line. While this fiasco was taking place, I glanced away to the elderly woman who was sitting, just giving up and getting in her vehicle and drive away. I saw it too late and I should have ran after her to take her order for her as that would should have never happened to the old woman. As the handicapped person pulled away this off duty employee replied loudly that "we have a handicapped space far away from the front door" rather coldly and self centered. This particular individual then proceeded to go around the front register and made some entry on the cash register. Apparently, to help the "new" person on the register. Seemed to me, that 47 dollar (paid with a fifty btw) transaction was pretty cheap given the amount of food ordered. But hey, maybe there a super duper employee discount there....the Subway owner can pull the video footage and find out. I finally got my order. I wanted nothing more than to just pay and leave. I wish I could say that this experience was isolated, but it's not. If the actual franchisee owner sees this review, please promote the purple haired female employee that was working tonight. She was polite and courteous throughout the ordeal. I feel sorry she has to work there though.
