We have never had any issues with the food or the service for the most part. Twice lately we have not been able to order - either they were unexpectedly closed or today the only bread out of all the choices were out of stock except for the flatbread. Don't they bake bread throughout the day? A sandwich shop with no bread available?
Frequently out of buns, leaving as few as two options. On my last visit, the bottom side of the bun was so hard it was inedible (see video). They were also out of grilled chicken, steak, honey mustard, and Pepsi Zero.
